i got a call from this number, i guess the caller wasn't paying attention, my voice mail pick up and i heard a guy talking to another person saying he's sleeping in tagalog.  so i guess they are filipinos

This jerk keeps calling & hanging up when the answering machine or VM picks up

Pioneer Communications, if they are even legit, doesn't even have a presence in New York State where they are calling

this group calls everyday 4 or 5 times a day and just hangs up.  I called the 1888 number from the posts above spoke to someone and we shall see!!!!

Just got a call at our law office from this number.  Based on all the information above, I just filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry (www.donotcall.gov).  Thanks everyone for all the information.

There is nothing on my answering machine.

There is a caller ID that isdentifies as Pioneer Communicaion.

called 2 times in 5 minutes and hung up on me.

I got a call from this number, I could not understand the caller because of her strange accent. She called me by my name (scary) and then she tried to sell me telephone cards.

I said I was not interested and hang up.

Missed call.  No voicemail message. Caller ID said Pioneer Communications.

I took a call from them, they are United Digital Solutions in Van Nuys, CA, (Los Angeles Area) and they sell aftermarket toner for laser printers.  I happened to be interested and told them to call me back in 10 minutes, the next call came from an unknown number.

Got a call just now. I said "Hello", they said "Hello" then hang up?

Missed call. No voicemail message.
