This is CLOSET WORLD!! They are persistent, hard sell idiots.  I made an inquiry to them 10 years ago and still to this day in 2014 they call me numerous times per week with their robo calling system.  Often enough, there is no one there to speak to you when you answer their calls unless you happen to hold on long enough and say hello two or three times.  The caller I.D. for their incoming solicitation calls always discreetly says " HOCA "  never CLOSET WORLD and the phone number is usually found to be 213-333-6136.  If you Google by just typing in this phone number as you see it here 213-333-6136 , you'll see many of the harassing reports about them and their use of HOCA to disguise themselves so that you'll answer their phone solicitation calls.  Also YELP them as CLOSET WORLD for much more negativity about their tactics.  I am on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST  but they can get away with soliciting / harassing me a decade later only because of my one time inquiry call  I had once made to them, 10 years ago.  Even back then, I recall getting tons of calls from them to "follow up" on my inquiry.  They were clearly informed that I had no more interest in them and that I did NOT want to be called over and over and over again.  What they are doing is HIGHLY intrusive and VERY harassing.   Google their phone number 213-333-6136 and see the results and complaints for yourself.  They are very tricky and conniving.   They have a lot of competitors, I HIGHLY recommend you select one of them.

These guys have called about a dozen times.  Not recognizing the number, I did not pick up.  They never leave a message.  I called the number but got a generic message saying that the number is no longer in service.  Someone mentioned Closet World.  I wouldn't be surprised since they bugged me a few times a while back until I blocked their number.  Whoever it is, this phone number is now BLOCKED.

I have been receiving calls on my work cell phone from this number almost every other day since 11/22/2013. I answered it twice and no one responded on the line. Most recently the calls are nearly everyday at different times, and there is never a message. What is the purpose? Do telemarketers get paid based on the number of calls made even if no one answers?

Received to calls on my cell phone from this number.  They don't leave message. If you call the number from another phone it says that it is not a valid number, but when I redialed from my cell it went through and a recording gave me the option to get off their list.
