CID says "cardservices" and I don't answer calls like that. they had called my land line and left no message.
Renee Anne 2013-06-04 21:09:41 Unknown
Answered this phone call, no one on the other end. Hung up. Generally I don't answer the phone for numbers I don't recognize but I'm expecting calls from a few places and some of them are not local to me and it was possible that this was one of those. Sadly, it wasn't. ::sigh::

Three calls today, filed complaint with Do Not Call List Registry online.
This seems to work for us, we file a complaint, 30 days after listing any new numbers we get, the call(s) stop.

Called and left no message. When I called back it was just a busy signal.

Robo call, from far far away.
Haven't a clue what the scam-du-juor was as their machine couldn't wait to leave their message till after my machine's beep, so I just heard the tail end which sounded like someone talking into a bag of potato chips.

My mother got a call from this number today on her cell phone and I handled out like I do with ask scams that cal our family. I pressed one to talk to a real person. The conversation went as follows:
Woman: hi how can we help you with your credit today?
Me: I don't need help. All of our phone numbers are on the do not call list and you need to stop calling this phone.
Woman: well that doesn't apply to us because we work with master card, visa, and everything. Let me just verify who-
Me: no, you've not verifying s***, lady. Don't call this number again our I will have you reported to the
FCC.
Woman: well I was just going to verify who I was taking to but you know what? NEVERMIND!!!
She screamed at me then hung up. If nothing, it was extremely hilarious for my family and I.

SAM 2013-05-01 15:21:13 Unknown
Calling to take advantage of lower interest rate on credit card, to talk to someone press 9 now to not receive these calls press 3 now
I did not pick up, number had a name attached: SERVERS TDM
This is SPAM no credit card company name, probably just trying to get information (personal) from you.
They do no believe in the Government No Call List.............
This definitely needs to be reported. I've reported it to My Credit Card Companies Fraud Dept.
Get a life people, I for one as a taxpayer, don't want to pay for your meals, when you get caught and put in Prison.

This came up on my caller ID as "TDM Servers". The recorded message talked about 'lowering my interest rate" Said to 'enter 9' to speak to someone. Customer service answered and I requested to know how they knew I even had a credit card.. the reply was "we're calling all Master Card holders". Before I could request not to be called again, they hung up. I am also in the Do Not Call List... but apparently this does not matter...

This is a recorded message from the now infamous card services, the company that wants to reduce the interest rates on your current credit cards. Calls come in whether or not you even possess credit cards. It's not Rachael, but the sales message is still the same.
This call came in from California and states that if you press a certain number, they will take you off the list. However, all this does is confirm that your phone number is an active line. Best to just hang up. Keep in mind that this company makes calls from different area codes across the United States.

Card Service called again and I ended up with a partial message on the answering system. But this time it didn't sound like Rachel.
MidNyteStorm1 2013-04-17 17:51:08 Unknown
I am sure its them. But it sounds like another voice based on the partial message I received on the answering system. Maybe its her friend Big Bertha.

Got the same call and ID. A callback got a busy signal.
Janyce 2013-04-16 21:35:24 Unknown
Got a call from this # today, they didn't leave a message. I just tried to call & line is busy. ID said Servers TDM.
Ed 2013-04-16 20:02:41 Telemarketer
Currently it is "SERVERS TDM " offering to lower your credit card interest rates.
Waste of time to complain to the Feds - historically, the FTC has simply asked the company not to do it: no court, no fines, no jail. The FTC scams, not earns, their paycheck every month.

Card Holder Services again. Had a nice long yell with one idiot, who flat out refused to put my number on their Do Not Call list, and in fact said he'd be calling back the next day.
Ooooh... I feel the lawsuit coming.
BJ Willis 2013-04-15 22:20:47 Unknown
On caller Id, Left no message on answering machine. Looked it up.
How do I block calls? This is a scam call
tdm Servers
Kim 2013-04-12 20:55:36 Unknown
Just received a call from 213-344-4839 with caller ID "Servers TDM" saying I was eligible for lower interest rates on my credit card. When I asked her which credit card without naming any, she said "Visa, MasterCard, Discover...any that you have." When I questioned her further about which specific account, she hung up. :) I tried calling the number back several times, but I received a busy signal each time. DO NOT give any information to these people! It is definitely a SCAM!
Sciota Nana 2013-04-11 17:38:00 Unknown
I just got a call with the same message. I, of course, hung up. Then I called the number back, and guess what - the number is not in service!
Annoyed 2013-04-10 20:47:16 Telemarketer
Just got a call from these folks. It's a scam. I asked him for verification that he's an actual company & not scammers & he gave the following:
Andrew
credit card services of America
800-847-2911
Agent id 8026
...and he could personally verify that his company definitely is not a scam. Whatever. The call back number he gave me is a number from Visa, and here's what Visa says about phone fraud:
"It?s important for consumers to know that Visa will not call or e-mail cardholders to request their personal account information. Visa call centers do not initiate outbound telemarketing calls. Consumers should not respond to any e-mails or phone calls with requests for any personal card information and are advised to immediately report the situation to local law enforcement as well as the financial institution that issued their card. Cardholders should also know that Visa?s zero liability* fraud policy ensures that they are not held responsible for any unauthorized purchases."
Visa won't call us and ask for our credit card info.!!!
Please people, never give your credit card info. out over the phone or by email!!!!!
