these thick acciented people keep calling claimg to be a law firm for federal bank / cashnet.com... 213-402-0544... saying i will be arrested if i dont pay $5000.00 on a payday loan that they claim i took out in Jan 2008... Which is bogus because i never have taken out a payday loan... I knew right away it was a scam so i started playing head games with these idiots and now they dont call me anymore!!! But if you get a call from this number it is a BIG SCAM!!!!

Hey I understand what you are going through. These people called me out of the blue and kept on calling me. I sent them a letter a fax stating not to call me and they continued to call me I told them not to call me and I reported them to the FTC and they still where calling me, and they refused to give me there addresss. I think this is sad because if they get hold to some someone elderly they can take advantage of them. Can we sue them?

They are calling me at work and at home telling me I owe for a payday loan I took in Dec. 2008.  At first I told them are you sure that I never received any information in the mail, and if I do send me information stating that I owe you money, but now I will start harassing them. You cannot hardly understand them and there is alot of noise in the background.

YEAH THEY WANT GIVE AN ADDRESS... IT'S A SCAM... A BUTCH OF LOW LIFE PIECES OF S**T!!! I WORRY FOR THE ELDERLY THEY ARE HARRASHING AND SOMEONE THAT MIGHT BE DEALING WITH MENTAL ILLNESS IN THERE LIFE!!!! I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYMORE CALLS FROM THESE A-HOLES SINCE I PLAYED HEAD GAMES WITH THEM!!! NOW I CALL THERE NUMBER ATLEAST EVERY OTHER DAY HARRASHING THEM... I FIND IT QUITE ENTERTAINING... SOMETIMES CALLING THEM BACK TO BACK ATLEAST 10 TIMES LIKE THEY WERE DOING TO ME!!! YOU MEANTION FBI OR DISTRICT ATTORNEY TO THEM THEY WILL LAUGH THEN START VERBALLY ABUSING YOU WHICH IN RETURN I START VERBALLY SAYING CRAP TO THEM THAT WOULD MAKE A PRIEST WANT TO SPLASH ME WITH HOLY WATER!!!  THEY TOLD ME THEY PLANTED A BOMB IN MY HOUSE AND THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE MY FAMILY MEMBERS! THEY KEEP TELLING ME NOT TO CALL THERE ANYMORE THEY ARE DONE WITH ME!! I NEVER GIVE THEM MY NAME SO THEY DO NOT KNOW WHO I AM BUT THEY REFER TO ME AS THE CRAZY ONE THAT KEEPS CALLING!!! SO NOW I WILL CALL AND JUST SAY IN A CRAZY SOUNDING VOICE "I'M COMING TO GET YOU" THEN HANG UP!!!

OOOOooo!!  I am furious!  One squaw on the warpath and I don't have one drop of Native American in me!  I just got a call from This number way I had taken out a payday loan for $400 and it was supposedly in January of 2008.  I didn't receive any earlier calls, no e-mail, no regular mail about being delinquent on making payments back for the loan.  The call ened up by my asking what there address is in Los Angeles.  At that point, I got told I was wasting their time!!  They best not call me back!!

I THINK THEY BELIEVE I'M CRAZY NOW BECAUSE THEY HAVE STOPPED CALLING ME LOL... I WOULD TALK ABOUT OFF THE WALL CRAP AND HAVE THEM SO CONFUSED, THEN I WOULD CALL BACK AND SING A SONG, THEN I WOULD CALL BACK AND CHANGE MY VOICE TO SOUND LIKE I HAD DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES... THEY WILL START CUSSING ME AND SAYING WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO TO MY FAMILY... THEN THEY WILL GET VERY PERVERTED WITH ME... NEEDLESS TO SAY THE PHONE CALLS HAVE STOPPED!!
