They say they can sell you a Master's or a Doctorate degree from any Univeristy. The message is supposed to be from me to me. Are they that naive? That is the first sign that tells you not to return their call or to respond to their junk emails. Just block their IP to avoid putting your own email in the Blocked Senders.
