This gets confusing.

I looked up a Hotel online. Next to the hotel name was the phone number 866-599-6674. I called the number to make a reservation. The guy that answered the phone didn't know what Hotel I was calling about. After a few moments He started asking what dates I wanted, etc. He did not seem to be very organized or professional. I decided to end the call but He did not like that. He wanted to know why I didn't want to deal with him. I finally just hung up on him.

A few minutes later I get a call from 213-457-0418. The caller id said "PeoplesSupport". The called asked for me by first name. The caller said I had been calling his wife repeatedly and that I had better stop calling. I told him that I had no idea what he was talking about and I hung up.

By searching here, I find out that Peoples Support is a call center for Expedia.

I contacted the hotel directly and told them what had happened. They have had other complaints about Expedia and their call centers.

Called hotels.com or expedia (same website) and ended up not booking a reservation. After hanging up the guy called me right back from this number (same guy) and started harrassing me about how stupid I am. Never using this company again.

called expedia  to book a trip somehow got disconnected. 2 seconds later got a call from 213-457-0418. let it go to voicemail. same male voice from expedia he said  don t you know how to say thank you this is bullsh t  you are sh t and a a  hole. called expedia spoke to 3or4 supervisors over 2days. they say they don t know the phone number.

Our call came after talking to Marriott reservations. Very rude. Will not be using the toll free number again.

This number has called me 4 time in one hour. Its really annoying!! I try calling it and it says that its a non-working number. Someone needs to get there fingers broken!!!!!!!!!!!!

This number called me 2 times in one minute...I call back and it says not a working phone #...but i check and am informed that this is a landline out of los angeles...whoever it is I need them 2 lose my #!!!

it's expedia.com.  for e.g. when you cancel a flight, they wait a few minutes and call you at the number the flight was originally booked from. this is to make sure some joker doesn't cancel your flight without authority.

P.S. if picking up the phone to see who it is is such a hassle, then why do you go through the trouble of trying to call it back, getting upset, and writing on the net.  quit being such wimps, and pick up the phone -- what are you scared of?

This call was from an Expedia call center with "information" about a change to an upcoming flight we purchased with Expedia.  Caller left a message to call back at 1-877-787-5242, with a reference number about the call and the flight.  When I called back, I learned that Expedia uses call centers all around the world (I could hardly understand the phone message, nor the man I got on the phone -- "Aaron" --  when I called back).  He put me on hold while researching the flight info -- after 5 minutes on hold, the line was disconnected!  I called back and spoke with a "Laura".  After spending another 6 minutes of my life on the phone with "Laura", she said everything was already confirmed!

All this was because of a SIX MINUTE CHANGE in flight times?  How ridiculous!  Expedia has gone to hell in a handbasket.  I'll be booking my flights through a different service from now on.  The very least Expedia can do is NOT bother me with this nonsense on a Sunday morning,  AND hire people in call centers who can at least speak ENGLISH!

It is Expedia returning a call.

Yea I got 2 calls in one minute from this number...makes sense that it was expedia I talked with a rep there a few days prior. But I didn't require a return call...Hmmmm!!

Recieved a call from this number, didn't answer it,, tried calling it back.. but line was busy....

Got a call from the above number. Left a message: they are from expedia and this is about my reservation for Omar.... WTF???? Now I have to worry about my credit cards?

Just missed a call from this number, but I'm waiting for expedia.com to call me back.  It must be them!

Definitely a return call from Expedia.  Normally when they phone me it says, number is restricted.

received call from this number - claimed that they received a call from me, said the were from "expedia travel" but caller id shows peoplesupport.  called me back three times in two minutes.

This is a phone number from Expedia Travel services.  I just spoke to a rep there.

Called my mobile while I was working.  The message that  was left in my voicemail was a guy singing a cappella. I'm guessing hwas in a call center, heard voices in the background. Tried calling back, but it was busy.

received 3 calls from this number on 3 separate phone lines all within 5 minutes of each other.  No message was left. When I call the # is busy.

Received a call at 1:49 a.m.  Caller said Judy left message to return in 1 hour. I don't know any Judy. Told her she woke up my whole house and to never call my number again.

Got a call at around 1:00 am. Tried back no response.

3:40 am, Tuesday, July 24!  Cannot even believe it.  This was after a call at 9:40 the previous night.  Also received a call at 7:07 pm July 24.  I tried to return the call from work several times, but the line is always busy, as aleady reported.

Recieved a call from this number at 5:45 on a Saturday. No message left.

Also got a call from this number, but no message left.  Only their number, no name appeared, on my cell.
