Number called, upon picking up, got recorded message offering free satellite TV.  When I connected to a person, he asked if I wanted to sign up and I said 'Actually...' and that's as far as I got because he hung up.

recieving calls from this number as late as 9:00 P.M.

called on my cell phone to (727 area in Florida) and left no message

I missed the call and they left a voicemail about "free installation, free [something or other].  Press 1 to speak to an agent or press 9 to be removed from our list."  Telemarketer.

Irritating automated voice telling me I "won" a tv and a satelite dish.
