This number is from a company that wants you to either renew your Automobile warrantee or sign you up for online degree programs.  I too have told them on many occasions to remove me from the calling list and to no avail they keep calling.

I am very angry at these lowlife creeps! I get 6-7 calls a day! Please call the FCC and togeather we can stop these people.

This number calls and leaves a message once a day via skype.  I've blocked the user but we'll see if it stops them.

I've gotten the same call that many of you have. The number 1-213-504-7009 has been calling me daily for the last two months. They always seem to call when I'm working, so I have yet to talk to a live person. Because of this site I now know what to expect. Let's do all we can to stop these waste of lives that pose as a legitimate service.

I have a major complaint to file. Phone numbers 213-504-7009 and 702-520-1181 keeps calling my cell phone. They are obviously from the same company cause when you call them back it is the same situation each time from both of them. I have asked to be removed from any lists they may have numerous times through their automated system with no luck. Finally, today a real person answered the phone and when I started explaining the situation they just hung up. From reading the comments below that I found on the website I was lucky. Some people were instead replied with crude remarks.

I did recently put my name on your websites do not call list, but I am not sure if this is active yet.

This is also occurring with my office number even though I keep asking to be taken off the calling list for this number as well.

I am not entirely upset this is happening to me. I am more concerned that a company would be allowed to do this and get away with it.

I just got a call from the number and the guy hurled sexual epithets at me when I asked to be removed from the list!!

This is getitng out of control...I ask to be removed EVERY time they call and they call 5 or 6 times a day. If I speak to someone and asked to be removed, they hang up on me.

7th call I asked them to take me off the list 6 calls ago and the guy called me a pussy and told me to go Fuc* my mother, we went back and forth for a good 2 min.  I want to find out who these white trash min wage a**holes are and nail them

I pressed 1 to get the "live" operator, and asked if I could be removed from the list.  He told me that I could not be removed from the list and they would "not stop calling you until you renew your warranty"!  I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he told me that he'd paged him, and while I was waiting, could he tell me about the warranty renewal.  I said "no" and he hung up on me.  He wouldn't even give me a number, which is against the law for telemarketers.

Got a missed call from this number.  When you call back, you get an automated voice message telling you that you can press 1 to be removed from the call list.  When you press 1, you just get the same message over again, telling you to press 1 to be removed from the list!

They just called my cell phone.  I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  I have been getting calls in the past few days from different numbers with area codes all over the U.S.  I am sure the "company" these people are calling from is not legit.  It is a scam.  The numbers that come up on the caller ID are fake and not the actual numbers they are calling from.  They swear and cuss people out and hang up on them because they have nothing to lose.  Scam artists.

I've gotten two calls from the 213-504-7009 (cell) number. After reading the comments above I guess I've been fortunate that all I get is silence. Be that as it may though, I will wait to see if it continues and since I have been on the National Do Not Call List since it's inception, I will go to their website and file a complaint (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2). I've filed a complaint before on another such caller and the calls ceased.

I received the call from this number today too when I wasn't home, but they didn't let a message. It's looks that Comcast and Cox are selling lists of customers to this kind of people.

The company is General Warranty Services Inc located out of Woburn, MA or Salem, NH (not sure) but calls from many different random numbers, because they are a SCAM! But I have found the answer... Enjoy!

1. I called my local police dept. and filed an official incident report of the complaint of harassment. The police now have them on file with step-1 harassment charges.
2. Go to their website www.generalwarrantyservices.com. At the bottom lefthand corner there is a tiny "do not call" spot.. I entered my number there, for the hell of it, to which the system replied that I was already removed. However, the phone calls have kept coming and coming at all hours (the pain you all know).

3. Call Customer Service at this number: 603-685-0200
Deal with bitchy customer service chick who will tell you it's not her problem to fix, or that you ARE on the "do not call" list, which is b.s. Then, ask to speak with someone who WILL fix it immediately. She'll transfer you.

4. Tell this guy, in no uncertain terms, that you also have filed a harassment complaint with your local police dept. To really scare him, ask if he would like to hear the incident number (any 5 digit number you can make up there, or if you really do file a complaint with your police, they will give you one. But the cops can't do much due to the "can't-call-back" trick these f**kers do) When I did this, this guy went SILENT and said "that won't be necessary, im sure they will be in touch with me soon".. Then he again assured me that I was off the list. I told him that I had heard that before from his damn recording, and that if he did call again, that I would bring him to court. Then I had some fun and told him what a son-of-a-bi*** he was, that he was a scum bag, con artist, etc. He agreed.  

5. The calls will stop.

Well I got this call tonight from 2135047009 I looked called it back and got the automated messeage. I looked up the company and here is there website http://www.ahswarranty.com/ They are also conected with an auto warrenty scam and the number they call from is 9095059109. I am going to call the number listed on the website to have my name removed from there calling list. I am on the colorado no call list. They really don't care who they bother. I don't know why they do not get into trouble?

the person is rude and cursing obscenities. first the message says that the warranty for your car is outdated then after you try to find out who it is they react with obscenities!
