Called 5 minutes ago. Terrible accent and stated something about cleaning my ducts.
I asked him if he would clean my "geese", as I didn't have any ducks.
He seemed to understand.

Called twice this evening. Let it ring the first time and go to VM (they didn't leave a message). The second time my wife answered (is there any woman on earth capable of ignoring a ringing phone?!?!) and she said they asked to speak to the home owner but then couldn't make out anything else they said.
The number is now blocked.

This was a telemarketer with a terrible internet connection using a VOIP number
of 613-764-4233
This is a typical call that starts with silence and when they talk it is an accented difficult
to understand voice that sounds like its talking underwater.
