N.S.B.A on caller ID.  They call with recording about your credit card has been approved.  I will turn them over to the FBI for help. Phony crooks working hard daily using different phone numbers.  Jail is the best solution for them.

A pre-recorded message from "NSBA" or "National Small Business Alliance" offerring an $8,000 line of credit.

1. I thought that there was a new law that stops prerecorded messages.
2. It does not give the option to opt-out by pressing 2 or 9 or whatever. I thought that telemarketers were required to offer an opt-out option.

If you listen to the end of the message (I usually try to, just to find out which opt-out number to press) they give a number to call. I'm going to try to call this number and ask to be put on their do-not-call list.

If you didn't listen to the whole message, the call-back number is 866-310-9661 ext. 103 (But they will probably still keep calling...I mean it's a telemarketer after all.)

N.S.B.A. ON THE CALLER I.D. THE AUTOMATED PITCH BEGINS WITH "TO LET THE BUSINESS OWNER KNOW..." SO THESE IDIOTS KNOW THEY'RE CALLING A BUSINESS. THEY CALL EVERY DAY. VERY IRRITATING THE FIRST TIME AS I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH A CUSTOMER. IF THIS MANY PEOPLE ARE BOTHERED BY THIS "BUSINESS" ONE WOULD THINK SOMETHING COULD BE DONE.

They've changed numbers since the last batch of irritating calls, but it's still the same outfit. I wish there was some way to bobmard them with unnecessary phone interruptions like they do me. It's like phone paparazzi-constant,intrusive,unrelenting.Find them and send them all to Iraq.

Just got a phone call from this number, no one on the other end soi hung up.  Why can't something be done to stop all these telemarketing calls?  There ought to be a law the prohibits them from calling.  I'm on the National Do Not Call List and still these jerks are getting through by changing their numbers.

This company calls so much, one day I actually went through the process and listened to the scam, the sales associate was very rude and condescending when I started to ask too many questions...like I was an idiot for not understanding what he was saying...funny thing, I could never pin him down for a straight answer, well I was in a hurry so I started to go through the approval process and stopped before I gave them my bank account numbers, it just wasn't sitting right with me. Boy, the venom that came spewing out of him when he informed me that I had wasted 22 minutes of HIS time!!!

I received phone calls with the same recording 2-3 times per day at work.  The fist phone call comes between 9-11AM and comes from a private number.  The next time it comes around 11:30.  Sometimes I get a 3rd phone call in the afternoon.  If you listen to the full recording it says "press 9 to be added to our do not call list." I've pressed 9 five times now and it just immediately hangs up.  I have also pressed 0 to be connected to someone.  After being on hold for about 3 minutes and listening to the drawn out speech from the sales agent, I told them that I am not interested in the line of credit, but I wanted to be added to their do not call list.  He immediately hung up on me.  I'm so fed up with this!!!!!!!!  Who can I call to report this!?????

Lately, I've been bombarded with telemarketing calls from many different sources.  So, I did some research on how to file complaints with the Do-Not-Call registry and the Federal Communications Commission.  I found that it was easy to file a complaint on-line with each agency.  Please file complaints using the following web links.  I am going to start doing this for every unwanted telemarketing call I receive.

I'm not sure if this was the same company or not (no caller ID), but I just had a funny call from a telemarketer.  I answered on speakerphone, which he REALLY didn't like and claimed to be "barely able to hear".  He tried to talk me into picking up the receiver without first identifying himself.  Seeing that being on speaker made him squirm (and knowing that we have excellent clarity on our spearphones here) I naturally distrusted him and maintained my advantage by telling him that my hands were full, and who was he.  He identified himself as being with "National Business".  I responded with "National Business what?".  Then he went back to pretending he couldn't hear me and protesting that he wanted me to pick up the handset.  I leaned in really close to the phone and asked nice and clear "What are you calling about?" to which he hung up.  Obvious scammer.

This company calls me every single day, usually 3 times- 8 am, noon, and 5 pm. Its always the same automated "John calling" telling me how I was approved for 8k. Today I decided to finally research this company. What I found out did not suprise me. I searched the Better Business Bureau to find that this company truly is a joke. Don't fall for their scams, many people already have.

Is there an address to this company. Maybe I'll pay them a visit face to face and settle my complaint.

This calling is getting out of control.
