A bill collector. "Do you have any uncollected bill I can collect for you?" This clown would call me once a month. Here's what I now have done:
1. Save his number in caller id with the name "Jerk"
2. Give him a special ring tone named "silent"

not only do they call and leave no message but when you try to call back get some b.s. answer , to bad these kind of things happen to waste your time. scumbags.

They WILL NOT leave a message, I've recieved this call multiple times and no message. Very frustrating, have to assume it's a sales call...
