I got 4 calls today from "Out of Area 0 --- --- ----". These particular calls occured at 2;52pm, 2;58pm, 3:01pm, and 3:03pm. The final (and 5TH call) was at 3:59pm from "Private 213-637-1300". This all fits in with the pattern that is described here: http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-319-274-1910 that has been used by the CBE Group before to harass people about 'their' so called deliquent bills. This is why I suspect CBE in this case as well.
