Missed the call, but no recording.  Do not want to call back to see who they are.

It is Kohl's calling and they are a pain! I think everyone should BLOCK their number!!! They call very early in the morning!! I guess "ignorance" is bliss!!! I will not answer any more calls from them!

I got the first call a couple days ago. The state says Wisconsin, and I don't know anyone there, so I didn't answer. But they called again a couple days ago, and they've been calling more frequently. I'm wondering who the heck this is! Has anyone else been getting these calls?

Are you people serious?  Why doesn't this number come up as Kohls when you google it?  "Kohls" says they have messed up on some address thing and I assume you are falling for it.   Sure give them information of any kind on the phone.   That makes sense.    Yeah, me too.   I'm Kohls now.   AND  I'm going on sites like these to tell you I'm legit.   Wake up!   Never answer unknown calls.

These people from 262-704-9780 calls me at least 4 times a day.  I want it to stop

It's Kohl's calling to ask about your recent dealings with them. I had a horrible experience, and was happy to talk to Nadia (the person who called). It's the only way they can fix their customer service, with feedback.

Ive been getting the same thing like 7 to 10 calls a day for the past 2 days... my phone doesn't have call blocking. Any other way I can block this number? Please help

I get daily calls and messages wasting my minutes.  I don't even shop at Kohl's.

I get calls constantly from this number and have read online reports that it is Kohl's. I made an online payment and still getting annoying calls. I am about ready to close my account with them. I will write corporate!

They have their computer call beginning 8am til AFTER9pm and leave no message.  Bill was paid!  Not even 30 days late.  Card is cut up.  Will not purchase a thing from them again.

Its a fake Kohls number.   After receiving 4 calls a day for weeks (even Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m.) I finally answered it to tell them to quit calling me.  It was a recording to call Kohls at a different number which i did.  Dead air, nothing.    

They are calling my cell so I downloaded a free phone number blocker called Mr. Number.  It works great!  I installed it two days ago, and so far it has blocked 9 calls from this number.

SO!  Kohl's calls from 262-703-XXXX, 262-704-XXXX and still leaves nothing but a 30 sec robo-call:  CALL KOHL's DEPARTMENT STORE!  WHY?  There has to be some reason for these idiotic robo goings on; and the randomness is ridiculous.  Yes, we have an account.  However, it is only in the last 30 days that we are seeing these calls, day and nite!

I'm a new Kohl's credit card holder - less than 2 months - and just got a call from this number telling me I'm late on my payment - funny my first payment isn't due for 3 more weeks.  Just signed up for online billing yesterday.  Wow, if they are harassing me before the first payment is due, I can't imagine what's next.

I have been receiving calls from this # at least 10 times a day and so I fanally called them back to find outit was Khol's.  I told them that I have been making my payment but it wasn't enough and I made an arrangement that I would make a bigger payment on the 15th of June and he said the calls would stop but they keep calling and calling,  they even called me last night and Sat night at 3:00 am.  I am fed up I am going to cut the card up and refuse to shop with them any more.  I could see if I owed them a lot of money but I only owe like 150.00.  For real!

To block calls from a number I use two things;
For my home phone; A Panasonic with call block. It holds 50 numbers in the list
For my mobile phone (Android) I use an application called call filter.
The both send a "fast busy" and disconnect immediately.
TO AVOID THESE CALLS ALTOGETHER I just pay my bills.... but sometimes the companies get impatient for 24 to 36 hours....

From all of the 6700+ COMPLAINT calls, survey says KOHLS DEPARTMENT
STORE. They call all day and their even kind enough to call after 8:00pm  
when their not suppose to. Will report them to the STATE, FTC, DFI and BBB.

I think they might get your number if they have your information from having a card with them for their store but if thats not the case it could be because theyre trying to get your attention for business? or because you have tried their credit stuff. why else would they call? i have purchased things there online. but ive never received any information that my payments failed while purchasing items from them. so whats to give? why else would they call? its really pissing me off to the point im going to flip out!!

It's most likely the automatic dialler calling when asking for the last four of your social security number. It's perfectly safe to enter the last four but if you prefer not to, choose the option to speak with a representative or call the number on the back of your kohl's card. When you reach a live representative, they can verify you with your date of birth, phone number, and address. If you don't give the agentless system any of your information, the rep does not see any of your information. This is why they ask you for personal information when the automatic dialler is calling you. To stop the calls, you just have to pay your past due amount or work out some type of payment plan and that is with any debt collector. After speaking with a rep about all your options and you cannot commit to any payment arrangement at the time, they're not allowed to call you for the next five days. After that, regular collection procedures continues.

Another strange thing about this number is that in addition to their calls, I've been getting the same type of treatment from 903-593-9780, which is a cash advance place in Tyler, TX.  Both call and leave no message, except that the "Kohl's" number was starting to leave a message repeatedly asking me to "call Kohl's" in a woman's voice.  I know my bills with them are in order, so I have no idea why they continue to harass my phone.
