Well...I called it back and it said...."Hey this is David (Charlie must have gotten fired) and you're calling this number back because it showed up on your caller id and you're curious...right?"  Same water spot scam....crazy.

I regularly get a call from this number on my Textfree number for my ipod (a number that's never used to make or receive calls).  They obviously just dial random numbers.

I just got it...two rings, I answer. Male-voiced speaker says, "Hello, This is Charlie calling from..." then the line goes dead.

just got phone call from this # - I rejected call - no msg
I am on "cell do not call list" - I plan to look into reporting the # if it happens again

We have over 100 offices on campus and the phones ring constantly with this caller.  This is an incredible nuisance for a business to have to waste time  answering this call.  Surelysomething can be done to stop this.  We are registered in the Do Not Call website.

We get this call nearly daily from "Charlie" extolling the evils of water spots on our ceilings.WE have a phone bank of a few hundred numbers on an exchange and they hit every single number!

Don't aggravate yourself. I also receive a call once in a while from this number. I keep my caller ID right on my desk by the phone. If it is important like my doctors office I will answer it but if it is a number I do not know I let the answering machine handle it. Before the end of the message they always hang up. Make them spend their dime and let your machine answer.

I received a call from this number and it was a recording when I called back. I'm afraid this scam to have money charged to my bill or something of that nature.

Keeps calling my cell, and leaves a silent voice mail for 3 minutes....never speaks.

BRand new unlisted numbers, and they were calling the next day. HELP

I continue to get phone calls from this number, stating this charlie and I am calling about water spots on your ceiling. This is very annoying and ties up the company phone lines. When you call it back all you get is a recording. Is there anything I can do about this.
