An individual calling himself, as near as I could tell, Aiden Kimble, left a message on my machine at 8:45 pm, said he was calling on behalf of the CDC. He said they would be calling back in the next few days for a survey concerning the health of people in my state and to call 877-386-6788 at our convenience if we had any questions. Caller ID said Burlington VT and 802-861-6971
I found an email on this page and asked to be put on their do not call list

but VT was not one of the locations they claim to call from, so it's probably a scam.

Interviewers are calling from one of the contractor?s telephone survey centers. The contractor is NORC - a reputable and established survey research agency that works for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Telephone centers are located in Chicago, Illinois and Las Vegas, Nevada."

These people have been calling each time they call I tell them to take me off their phone list, But NO
they still keep calling me I'm fed up!!! I think it's a Survey they said some thing about smoking an something else ?
Please I just want them to stop calling.

this number (877-386-6788) is part of a Public health survey in Seattle/King Co Washington. I called & dialed 3 to speak with an operator who said he'd take my number off the call list.
