Called at 6:00 am sharp-like my own wake up call

I got this call for two nights so far around 12-1am.... Im a college student I do not need some kind of service or w/e calling me in the middle of the night!!

CALLED TWICE AT 3:00 AM. THIS MORNING.JAN 22,2010. a CALIFORNIA AREA CODE.

Called at 0457, called back later and received recording to press 1 to be placed on no call list. I am on no call list.

Got a one ring call around 2:00 pm two nights ago. Not enough time for Caller ID to get the number. Last night at 11:50 pm, same thing. Caller ID got it and I dialed back. Was told to press 1 to be added to their do not call list. Already on the National Do Not Call Registry. Filed a complaint this morning. Not happy about being awakened in the middle of the night for two nights.

Called 12 am one ring and hung up

Scared me to death.....I hate early mornin' calls.....

Called at 3:12AM one ring, then nothing. I report all phantom calls on the Do Not Call List. That time in the
morning is illegal!!!

Called at 315 this a.m. Not cool.. I have any elderly Mother in Calif and my heart jumps out of my chest. Now Im awake and cant get back to sleep...

Called the phone number back, it's a marketing company. Simply press 1 and you will be removed from their DO NOT CALL lists.

One ring, no message left @ 2:50pm on 12/16.

received a call with 213-710-8121 at about 3:45 pm on 12-16-09. only one ring

Yes, got the same call around 3:45 this morning.  No one on the other line.

Called at 4:57 AM.  Number comes from Compton, CA

Called at 3:38am - rang once.  *69 to find out who called.  Called back to get a recording "press 1 to be removed from the preferred call list".  After the recording, the call disconnected.  This is the 2nd time recently we've had "phantom calls" in the early morning hours.  NOT OKAY.

Received two calls. One at 2:30 amd one at 3:05, both AM. One ring ad no answer. Called number next dayand told to push1 if I did not wish to receive their promotional offers. This is a soft ware company. Need to be fined fr these calls.

Was not awakened by the call. When clearing Caller ID I found the call had been received at 3:59 AM.

1/21/2009.  Phone rang @ 11:15PM. One ring.  Had calls before.
Anyone know who to report them to?

getting calls at 2am and 4am. Phone rings 2-3 times and it hangs up.

The phone rang only once.  No message, nothing!  This was at 9:03 am.  This has happened several times in the past, but not sure this was the same number.

My senior mom got a call at 2:00 a.m. in Little Rock, AR.  When she answered it hung up.  She swears it said Cybersoft of the caller ID.

Calls around 1 AM and hangs up. Has done it twice now.

5:43 am CST one ring hang-up

Phone call at 4:04 A.M. in Florida,night before had different phone number 978-570-2252 at 1:41 A.M. same solicitors Im assuming..call blocked that number and then they called at this 213 number..unbelievable!

Received a call this morning at 4:01am - left no message.  Caller id: ATL Four.  Some sort of mass marketing outfit in Compton California.  Called the number and was answered with a message similar to:

"Thanks for calling back, if you do not want to receive future calls about our products and be placed on the do not call list please press one."

I pressed one and received a thank you.  Maybe these scoundrels follow the law concerning their do not call list.  Time will tell.

4:12 am ring and then a hang up.  Anyone know the name of this company? They should be fined for every call.
