My father received a similar call today.  The caller stated it was about debt reorganization.  They said to press 9 to not receive anymore calls.  Hopefully nothing will come of this.

constant calling, every 20 minutes

surprised to read so many others have been receiving similar calls w/o msgs on their cell phones. I made sure to register with the Do Not Call list and am hoping this stops them.

I received about 5 calls from that # 2137108197 without any messages, please don't call again.

I have rec'd 3 calls from this number with no messages being left.It comes up as cell phone,CA.The calls were pretty much back to back 3:18pm,3:45pm and again at 3:49pm. I am going to file a complaint at DNC.

My Caller ID popped up 'Cell Phone, CA' with this number.  Great, so telemarketers are using cell phones to conduct calls?  They must REALLY have a lot of time on their hands to be making telemarketing calls via cell phone!  They called my home phone, which is on the Do Not Call list.  Where do I go to file a complaint on them?

Dont answer this number, and to stop these calls and similar ones, call the do not contact number. at the begining of the year, they actually published cell phone numbers to tel-a-marketers so now no one can hide from them anymore. unless, you call 1-888-382-1222 . this will put u on the no call list. please pass this number on so we can stop these calls once and for all.

I'm on the do not call list both home and cell phone. "what part of this statement do telemarketers not understand?"  We need to start fighting back legally!!!!!!!!  This number 213-710-8197 has called relentlessly and don't quit.

This number called at 6:25 cst 8/21/09. Its from Downtown L.A. California. Did not answer, left no message.
