These people have been harrassing me for 2 months now...Saying I owe money from a loan i never had. He claimed he was some kind of officer and got me in really big troube at work. Likmy boss literally almost fired me because this guy was to rude to  the receptionist. They really need to be stopped.

I keep getting calls from this guy at work. It is harrassment! I have told him to stop calling, called him on my break and asked what this is supposedly about??? He said I took out a loan, and that I defrauded his company and he will be sending me to jail. I haven't gotten a loan, I am currently trying to get a mortgage, so I am never going to get another small loan for a while. I don't know how to get this guy to stop! What should I do????

I have been receiving multiple calls from this phone number. The company says the represent US Cash advance and that i borrowed money from them a few months ago. They called 4 times back to back within 5 minutes.  
They said that there was a class action against me and that if i was willing to pay them the $250 i could make arrangements to pay. I told them i would contact my attorney and then they threaten me with a $5000 lawsuit and said that a sheriff would be by to arrest me within the hour.
I told them i wanted information mailed or email to me and i would arrange something and he said he already had done so and they could not send me anymore mail.
I have contacted my bank and their fraud department about this issue. I have verified that i have not received money from them

This guy calls me several times through out the day and leaves me threatening messages saying that I am in some kind of legal trouble and that I should call them immediately. He has left messages with a different name almost everytime, but I know it is the same person because the voice is the same. I never pick up and am getting tired of getting a million phone calls everyday.

I had 2 calls from 1-88-481-1359 on 7/16/12, it is fraud.  They said I owed them 400.00 couldn't tell how me  I received the 400.00. Once it was a Walmart prepaid card, next it was a transfer to my account.  They have my checking acct number.  I kept the recorded message it needed.  Pleases hut these people down

7/16/12, I just got 2 calls from these jerks.  Can FTC shut them down  I am in the process of emailing them right now....

Received a call from "Frank Hudson" who said that I "better not disregard this message".. and "don't you dare try to ignore this".  Said that I needed to call him or have my attorney of record call him.  The person who left this message clearly was not named Frank Hudson.  The accent the person spoke with was so thick I could barely understand the message (which lasted over one minute).

I received same calls from an Indian accent too. If u are getting pay day loans online they are picking up your personal info.  I don't ever recall these people and my bank account would be proof of that. I received the same threats. I called them back today to find out who they are they knew it was me calling them back. They answer with no company name and they screen the call by your name when I asked for a manager or supervisor he told me to shut up and what did I want. I am getting an attorney one ever this is because off course I have not committed any crime.....and I am contacting channel 7 on your side.

This man keeps calling me leaving a message( with a deep accent) saying his name is Richard and I'm in trouble if I dont return calls to him ha ha! I dont have a criminal record and have never been in trouble for anything. Im changing my number.

This number called me a lot of times.

they just called left a message on my machine screaming that they were not responsible for what happened, went on for oncer 4 min and i didnt understand most of it after listening multiple times. I called and told them they had a wrong number, i hope that doesnt cause me more problems...

I reported these people! I just hope we can get them shut down before they scam anyone.

I block this number and now they are calling from a unknow number or Private number. It is really annoying. They keep leaving long message. I am so over them!

Indian accent male called me asking for a friend of mine.. Telling me she will be going to court if I don't have her call him back.. He didn't state where he was calling from. But gave a name of Darren Hernandez. I called my friend she says she has no clue who would be calling, and she has not gotten any calls.
I thought it was odd how he spoke really fast, before hanging up on me saying "god bless"?!

Go to FTC.com and report these jerks, I'm in the process of shutting them down, they're scam artists!

THis a***ole hung up real quick when I put him on blast for being a scam artist.  I'm callin an investigator.

He kept calling and yelling, wouldnt tell me what it was about, i dont do good when yelled at but kept my calm. When i asked what its about he wouldnt say and started threating me. Said he will get me fired and show up to my house. I laughed and told him to come on over then he hung up

I keep getting a call from this number at my work and on my cell my boss gave him our lawyers number and when he hung up he kept calling back and my boss asked him to stop calling here. it is getting super super annoying!~!

I am getting the same thing. I have not broken any laws either and they keep telling me that they will launch an investgation on me. When I did not send them the money that they wanted they had some other Indian sounding guy call me and say he was from Lake county sheiff dept and if I did not call the other guy Ben Johnson back then they would launch a investgation. I do not live nor work in that county so I know even if they were to lauch one on me they dod not have presdent where I am at. He said on the voice mail that he would call the local police. I do not think that it works like that. They are saying that they want to sue me but cops dont come runing to investagte stuff like that. Really over it! I am about to get a lawyer friend to call them.

This is so ironic, because I keep getting the same calls and ignore them but I have them messages!!. Also it is of the same thick accent and every time they leave a message my name is a little different but social the same. This man called me, and I'm pretty sure from a different line as well, saying one time he was an "Officer" of the law from the federal crime unit (fake) and the second time from some "FID" company. He had a thick indian accent, and was telling me my social security number was in danger etc etc and he'd "show up to my work" and "i'd be out of a job"... i dont have a job so.. anyway watch out for those calls... its dangerous. I dont know if I should file harassment charges?
