Caller ID identified this number as USC Library Main Info.. I wasn't home they didn't leave message. I'm not alum never been there and have no idea why they called.

University of Southern Californai main line. Unknown why they are calling - I assume it was for money, which they won't get. Of course, they did not leave message!

I'm assuming that this is an authorized third-party telecommunications center and machine (most unwanted calls are by machines).
Call-back produced nothing but 20 rings, then a busy signal.
The call was right at dinnertime - a favorite time for violators of privacy.
I suppose the next time I'll answer and request removal. Most of the time that works, especially when they ask for my wife's deceased husband who died over four years ago.
There should be a law hat requires the ability to call these b*****ds back!

I'm in the 425 area code (WA, Redmond). I've received calls from this number since February 2010. I called back and I was told that I had called some medical facility associated with USC.
