actually i never receive call form the number 2137851420 ,but i supposed to work in this company by "wasla" it's outsourcing for nobel talk in egypt ,the interviewer told me that i'll call arab who live in usa and canada and i've must target to do otherwise i'll be fired ,but now i don't wish to work with them.

I got a call from this no. on my message machine. It played harp music or something like that. No voice. Then they hung up. Weird.

I received a call from this number (213)785-1420; a person spoke Arabic to me. Thinking that is one of my cousins, I responded back to him, he told me about his company that sells international calling cards. I told him I am not interested and hung up. Then I called the number back, it identified it self as Nobel talks and wants the caller to sign up. It freaked me out. But thanks to all you writers on this issue I feel a little at ease after reading all your responses, they are not getting my business even if they are for real.

Call from "Nobel Talk" peddling long distance calling cards.  These idiots are back at it again.  They keep calling / harassing me even after I have told them repeatedly to stop calling.  I will complain AGAIN to the CRTC.

They called again today.  Some guy named Mohamed.  I told them AGAIN to stop calling but I think they only understand arabic.  I am really getting pissed off.

ugh, this guy speaks some really, really colloquial Egyptian slang (not my dialect), I can barely understand a word... now if I see 213 on caller display I don't pick up. Will signing up for DNC list in Canada work if these people are calling from Egypt??

This number has called me more than 11 time yesterday after 10:00 PM!!! I told them I do not need your service but they insisted to offer me a mins to Egypt... Those guys are so bad and have no ethics.. I need to report them.

I just got a call from this number, the guy said my name perfectly like he knows me...but i heard "calling card" and disconnected it. Surprised he has my cell phone number.

This company calls us continously.  They hang up when I answer because I have told them we are on the Do Not Call list.

Got a call from 213-785-1420 this evening about 5:45pm on my CELL phone.
They called, got voice mail but didn't leave  a message.  I figured it was a scam since I didn't recognize the number, so looked it up and here I am!
Thanks for the earlier postings. I also reported it to the National Do Not Call Registry of which I have been a part of for YEARS.  I hope they get their fines and sorry for the people who get abused by them.
I hope I never hear from them again.

This is an automated calling nonsense , they call offering financial services - starting with line like: "President Obama has signed a law .. blah blah ..".. if you like to be removed press 1 , if yu are interested press 2. If you dare to press 2, then they prompt you to record your name and number. If you press 1, they hang up and call again in a day or two.

Annoying automated callers... My number is listed on do not call list , yet they keep calling me.

My daughter has a Revol phone.  Prepaid by the month.  No one can charge anything to her account unless she has Revol Bucks, and she doesn't.  So in this cake, the joke's on them.  She has gotten several calls from this number, as well as spam calls from a boatload of other companies.  It appears cell phones are the new targets now.  If you do get a call as described above, hang up quick.  If they have a way of being allowed to charge if you continue to hold, it is really bad.   Heck, some voice mails will stay live for more than a minute waiting for someone to talk.  What then?

Received a call from this number 30 minutes ago. No one there seems to be familiar with the National Do Not Call Registry, even though they are located in Carlsbad, CA. I spoke with a supervisor and explained to her that this was not the first time I was called by them. The last time I asked not to be called yet they continued to do so. I informed her of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) which clearly states:

"A person who has received more than one telephone call within any 12-month period by or on behalf of the same entity in violation of the regulations prescribed under this subsection may, if otherwise permitted by the laws or rules of court of a State bring in an appropriate court of that State?an action to recover for actual monetary loss from such a violation, or to receive up to $500 in damages for each such violation, whichever is greater..."

I called the number back,  the recording said it was from the Noble Company, and if you continue to hold this represented an admission of service and you would be charged. I have no idea who this is but it seems to be some kind of SCAM!!
