They call and hang up when I answer. Whats up with that?

I have actually spoken to these people.  They want to sell you their product which will save you money on your power bill.  I've looked into it - it doesn't.  I've told them this and asked them to stop calling repeatedly - they won't stop calling.  I've asked nicely, I've asked rudely, I've said no and hung up, I give up.  They are going to call every day until you buy their product or sue them.  And, yes, I am on the do not call list.

These people will not stop calling, after I have told them time and time again that this number is on the "no call registry,"  I have told them my number is unlisted, they still call.  I have asked to be removed from their list, they still call.  Very annoying and persistent a**holes!!!

This number keeps comming up, I answer and no one there....  I am on a Do NOt Call list.  Why do they call and hang up...  
Somthing really needs to be done about these people....

I do get several calls weekly about my power bill....  I rent and I do not know why they keep calling...  This is harassment and it needs to stop....

They call, and there's only silence when I pick up!! This is serious business -- we've got a family member in the hospital and when a call comes in everybody gathers around the phone in dread anticipation. This harassment has got to stop!!

Time to initiate a law suite against 12138052468

1-213-805-2468...Calls at least a couple of time per week.  Long pause and obvious spam call.  Annoying.  Let's join forces and put a stop to the madness.

"Hello, this is Brian Smith and I want to talk to you about your National Grid account..."

'Brian Smith' rolls his r's and is very hard to understand. The voicemail was actually kind of humorous.

Called several times this year, told them i'm on the fed. do not call list. Turned them in several times and even got a confirmation letter from feds.guess it does no good. The law is usless as is almost every part of government. Guess i will have to go to the news and try to get them some bad press , not that will do any good.

I got a call from this number today and there were no words, but a woman was laughing hysterically.  At first I thought she was crying, and I worried because we run a charity here for people who can't afford their animals' emergencies... I didn't speak to the person because the message was left on the answering machine.  Very odd.

I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission about this company. If consumers contact the FTC, maybe we can get this company to stop bothering us!

This number calls our office EVERY DAY.  Can hardly understand telemarketer ... says they want to give us a discount on our National Grid electric bill .... YEAH RIGHT!!!!   Have told them to take us off their call list ... and they keep saying "But Ma'am, I save you money"

They call my office EVERY DAY, MULTIPLE TIMES a day and since I do not recognize it, like the other reports here, I let it go to voice mail and they hang up.  It has been going on for over a MONTH.  VERY ANNOYING.

I have gotten calles from this number at least 2 times a day.  There is no msg, or anyone on the other end.  and all the caller ID says is California call. How do you stop these guys from becoming annoying?

They called me but didn't leave a message - I wonder if these are the people trying to get me to change to their energy plan?  We *are* on the do not call list.

They call this number that is a church and since I don't recognize the number I let the answering machine pick it up and they immediately hang up.

No one on the other end.  No noise, no response.

I've reported them a few times, and each time they call I asked them to remove me from their list and explain this is a personal cell phone they are calling.
