look up the 800 notes for 800-539-1931. This a** is a scammer; getting you to give your credit card over the phone. No process server calls you for an address. They have that info already.

Somebody keeps calling my number looking for my mother. They that they need to serve my mother.I have no clue if they're are real or not. My mother does not have any legal issues. they called from 213-807-6026

I have gotten 3 calls from this number.
On Dec. 10, 2013, left a message from a Gilbert Cruz, from Process Services Dispatch of Clark County, for Tedi Farson. The number she is to call is 800-539-1931, the temp. no. is 2013-6708.
On Jan. 8, 2014, left the same message, the same voice, for the same person, the same contact no., the same document no.
On Jan. 17, 2014, call from same number, this time I answered, was told that the call was for Tedi Farson. I told him that I was not going to give her information to him, and he told me that they would have no choice, but to send the documents to me, that I would have to sign for them. He then gave me the same 800 number and document number.
