Ron or Rick Allen calling the trooper office repeatedly after trying to get him to stop calling a complaintant.  Ron or Rick stated that he is going to f**k with me daily.  Very beligerent and stated that he is a private investigator trying to collect money.

So I'm NOT the only one being harrassed by the Ron Goldman/Rick Allen "team" of Detectives/Investigators/Law Enforcement Personnel/Attorneys?!?

My grandparents, and my girlfriends' daughter and mom are all being harrassed...to include voicemails threatening to "never go away" after being asked not to call again. Once we had a chance to compare notes, we realized each of us has gotten a different story, everything from threatening to subpoena my "step daughter" (nice scare tactic to use on a teenager), to telling me that my girlfriend has already signed an affidavit charging me (pretty funny since we've lived together for almost 4 years now & don't plan on going anywhere), to telling my grandparents that I stole my girlfriends' identity to buy a vehicle & there's an arrest warrant out for me.

Our next step is contacting each of the following and playing the recordings of this lunatic's rants: law enforcement and Attorney General in each of the states they're calling, Los Angeles County Sheriff Office (the #s he calls from are both based in LA), and my family & bankruptcy attorneys of course.

Oh, did I mention my girlfriend used to work for the U.S. Special Attorney's Office as well as a Sheriff Office? Good luck, Mr. Goldman/Allen...

Just a quick update.  There is a Ron Goldman attorney who is not legally allowed to practice law in CA.  Sometimes these boneheads try something new.  I also worked for attorneys, this kind of action is what gives attorneys a bad name also.  Report this kind of action to your states Attorney General also.

My son got call (s) from a Rick allen or Ron Goldman (the213-948-4324) posed as an PI or Detective/the Ron Goldman I'm pretty sure alias as an Atty.  I used to collect debt for a living.  He (they) threatened arrest for fraud, contacted friends (freaked them out).  I called him, told him I would have my local PD contact him, (he freaked out).  Called my vm, left mess. (screaming) I was stupid, he was going to put survilleance on my place (like I care), he was at the sherriff's office, on&on and he dared to play VM for police or DA.  I did, they said good luck.  No problem.  Going to have my son suit the finance company that used him!  No more debt....Next time people know your rights before these kind of debt collectors give the legal ones a bad name.  Can't represent them as law enforcement (get badge number), threaten arrest, call before 8:00 am or after 9:00 pm, disclose a debt to a 3rd party just to start.

Have reported this guy to the Fair Trade Commission! He uses threats, profanity, lies about being an investigator, has used two different names, calls my place of employment when he's been specifically told that he cannot. This person has called myself, my parents and my ex-husbands work. He claims to be either a sheriff detective or an attorney. Very rude and won't let you finish a sentence. Accused us of making terrorist threats against him when he was told to shut up and listen!!
