I don't want to get calls from this company. They repeatedly dial my phone at the most inconvenient times!

These "people" call me almost everyday but never leave a message. MY caller ID says 'Feature Films'.
I have *60'd (call block) them today.

Thses people have called at least once a day, sometimes 3 times a day, for the last month. They leave NO message on my machine and each time I ANSWER the phone, they hang up. I have never bought (nor will) anything from them. One of my "FRIENDS" must have given them this number. I wish they would at least say something when I answer it. Twitts....

Nice mature post Allison. Bloody doink. It doesn't matter if your on a "national DNC registry" if you've done business with FFFF before they are legally allowed to call you anyway. If you ask to be on the DNC list they have to do that but only for a year, then they can resume. What you need to do is threaten with legal action and the account you have with them will be terminated. They use an automated script where a FFFF employee actually runs the call while you speak with them, at the end of the call they use different dispositions to end the call. For example, a customer requests to be put on the DNC list the agent will disposition the call a certain number which tells their automatic dialer when to call the customer back. Unless you are able to get a hold of Matt Cooper, the company lawyer chances are you will get calls in the future unless like I said you threaten with legal action then you will be removed. If your not then you can sue, which I've seen happen a dozen or so times. All of which have been in favor of the customer. Last note, some of you people need to stop complaining about how pushy they are and blah blah. If you don't want the damn films then don't frieken buy them! It's not hard to say no and hang up, don't buy em just because they were too pushy. How stupid can you be?

DNC is a joke. It's not a real program. It's a way for the Feds to collect your information. Do a google search. There are so many complaints against these guys in forums it's ridiculous. It's literally hundreds.
These jerk offs call me all the time. They are a***oles. I've tried everything to get them to stop calling. I even told them i only buy gay pornos and 12 inch strap on di**os from solicitors. THEY STILL CALL!!!!
We've all reported these guys folks. NOTHING HAPPENS TO THESE COMPANIES. NOBODY IS LISTENING. It's BIG gov't. They are just collecting information. think about it. seriously.

I was kind enough to help them out in the beginning by purchasing a tape or two and have asked them to stop calling. They continue to call and are a nuisance. They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau

I receive a call from them at least 3X per week. Several times I've actually answered the call and they won't respond, even though I can tell they're on the line. I've asked them not to call me again, but the calls continue. I want these calls to stop!

I have asked Feature Films not to call me again and I have gotten calls recently from this 213-995-4796 number. I have purchased 2 films from them about 3 1/2 years ago but nothing since then.
Thanks,
Marian Brack

This is the name of the company and their website. I highly doubt that contacting them will stop the phone calls.
Feature Films for Families - http://www.familytv.com/

Feature Films F left no voicemail message. We have purchased from them in the past, but not for several years now. We have REPEATEDLY asked to be removed from their calling list. Our number is on the national do-not-call list. Reported this call to https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

Once again, these idiots strike after a multi-month hiatis. However, this time the pattern is morning calls (was all late afternoon & evening in the previous several months).

This phone number is from Feature Films. They want you to buy a film that has not came out yet. I have bought a couple of them in the past, and now they have started calling me back. You end up paying around 15 to 20 dollars for the film.
