hang up call

Our business has received numerous hang up calls from this number over the past several days during evenings and weekend hours. They called today during business hours and stated they were calling from the Green Pages and wanted to verify our office address and phone number for their "free online listing." The caller, although difficult to understand with a strong Indian accent, was businesslike and pleasant. After confirming the info, they said they were going to transfer us to Quality Control for verification, raising a red flag. Another individual immediately came on the line and repeated everything the first individual said, then stated they are going to send us a packet of info for us to review and decide what other services we want. We asked for background info about their company and he became defensive. He stated we needed to do this so as not to take up more time on another phone call. We asked him to remove us from their call list. He instantly became belligerent, raising his voice and hurling personal insults. We asked for his full name and supervisor and he hung up on us! Priceless.

I hung up on this indian guy after going no, no no, no no do not want your services for whatever it is,  i never want services.  then i forgot the number he called with so i'd call back, but this nmber is unreachable.  they say to check the number, and call again.

Called this a.m. (March 18th) @ 9:42 a.m...same "pleasant guy" but person's name he asked for was not even close to my name.
