I got a text from these jerks at 4:23am. on 3/21/12. My phone has been on the Do Not Call list since early last year, but I can't figure out how to get on a Do Not Text list. Is there such a thing?

I received and advertisement text message from this number at  12:35 AM !!   I have reported them to FCC as well as their website  real1up.com      They are in violation of my do not call listing.
