What is the point of this scam? Just to harass people? Do they think someone will be dumb enough to call in and give them money?

Shane from J & R Processing called to say he has legal documents to serve me in Hamilton County, TN (NOT TEXAS WHERE HE IS CALLING FROM) and that he will have them served to me between 9 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at my place of business and to call him back if that is not a good time...Well, guess what Shane, I work for a law firm and I have several friends on the Hamilton County Sheriff's squad who patrol this area and check on us daily. I have their personal cell phone numbers as well. So please come on and serve those papers and I will have them here within a minute of your arrival and we can sort this out. SCAMMERS DRIVE ME UP THE WALL!

this person shane called ne an said that there was a court order that is being processed an will come to my house an job please i looked it up an this guy is stupid for trying me i didnt fall for his scam

just recieved a message from this number and said the same thing ... first of all does not say what is in reference about and i know they are scams.. i dont understand how they get my information..

received a call twice from someone named Shane claiming that I needed to call 214-254-4865 so that I could speak with Shane from J &R collections, and that I was to appear in court and to bring two forms of ID, or they were going to come to my place of employment between 12-4 to serve papers. Then on 8-5-13 the same idiot called me again and that he was returning my call.

I received a call from 214-254-4865 indicating I would be served with papers to appear in court and that if i did not return the call they would serve me a my place of business between 12-4. Shane said he hoped that was a good time and if not i should call back so i could give him a better time! I am no longer in Texas and not even working there. I decided to give the Hyperion Recovery website a look. When you click on the "contact us" tab you are only allowed to email them, they don't even give an address. Also in the bottom corner of the screen you will notice that the website was designed by "BIG Dawg Communications". Stay classy debt collectors.

Some how they got my phone number for a phone I have only had for 2 months, but they gave an address I have not lives at in 6 years. In the message they wanted to set up and appointment to come serve me papers and that to serve me papers I would need two forms of ID. I have been served twice, one for divorce and the second for child support. Never gave 2 forms of ID.

This number keeps calling family members & friends saying he is Shane and has court order papers for me etc.. I checked on our county's public records as far as any judgments or subpoena against me and they're are none.. how can i get these people to stop harassing us?? Any suggestions please let me know...

they are calling me at work, I don't know this keeps happening. Always saays I am being served papers and I need to appear in court.

they keep calling and leaving me messages that they have paperwork to serve me. Last time i checked they dont call in advance that they are going to serve papers, they just show up. Plus they are using an IP phone # in Texas and i am very far from Texas. These IP phone #'s are the easiest to scam with!

Looking for address & Company name to the phone number 214-254-4865, Claiming to be J & R Processing. Calling my work constantly, thank God I have enough brains to know this is a scam. But now they are harrassing me.
