F.I.A. card services is BANK OF AMERICA plain and simple. I worked for them for two miserable years and they switched names on the credit card departments and lines of credit to avoid further lawsuits and legal complications. They work like the mafia, no accountability no concern whatsoever. They're all about money plain and simple. I've seen them double people's credit lines just because employee's don't do reputable work and always transfer problem calls to another colleague who doesn't know how to handle the process. It's a bunch of monkeys taking orders all day from management who practically isn't qualified to operate and business from a middle management or upper management perspective. Pay them or stay away from that bank because they will or will intimidate by all means to get their money. Record your calls, read the fine print and get ready to call at least 7-10 times to get a decent employee who actually does their work. Sad but true. Good luck...

I received a phone call from that number but i didn't answer it. When i called it back it rand twice then beeped like it was switching over. I just hung up.,

From what I can find, they SAY this is Bank of America.  They are calling my work number, a law firm, on a regular basis and when I answer, they hang up.  This happens at least 3 times a week.  I hope posting something here helps...

This number called, no message left

They called m 8:05pm PST yesterday evening and left no message. I called the number right back and got a recording to call back during normal business hours. Tried calling the number again today and it just rings. My account is in good standing, so there would be no reason for this. The prefix 626 is Pasadena, Ca.

Recieved a call from this number today about 3:30 ...

Hubby called the number and asked for information, It redialed yo Cleveland Ohio, answered by a young woman wh gave her name as Lakesha Lightfoot, hubby chit chatted with her, and then asked to talk with her supervisor. A male came on the line and offered to take us off the list if provided our phone number, Hubby refused, and the supposed supervisor told him that without our phone number, we would continue to recieve the calls ... Hubby told him we were reprying yjem to the fed gov, and the "supervisor" said that was OK, all would happen is that he'd pay a fine ...

"Jessie Williams"  called from 626-666-6754  Bank of America asked for my name, I told him my name, then he wanted my SS# I asked why because I have no dealings with Bank of America, he stated that he could not disclose this information until he establish that I am who I said I was. I said no!!  I will not give you any information until you tell me what this is about, then he asked me to call him back on 1-877-713-5734.

This number has called me four times today, starting at 9:30AM my time, which would be about 6 am their time.  I have not answered it and have no plans to answer it.  They don't leave a message.

They didn't leave a message, but I do not have a BOA card.

This is a scam I lost my wallet a few days ago and somebody from "BofA" tried getting my ss # and birth date.... uh no...

It says B of A on caller ID.  Called BofA and someone was trying to hack into my accounts

When they call claiming to be Bank of America and ask me to verify my identity, I tell them sure , as soon as you can prove you're Bank of America. They said "We're calling from a B of A phone number" but the caller ID doesn't say that. They then said call us back to prove who we are, so I did and they answered the phone "Card services" with no mention of B of A. hhmmm.... I wonder?

I just added that number to my contact list, gave it the last name Junk1, and assigned "no sound" as the ring tone. I'll never hear them ring again! If they really want to talk to me they'll just have to leave a message. Ain't that so sad?

This number shows on called ID as Bank of America.... no one is ever there and then it disconnects after about 20 seconds.  We are a business and it is a pain to keep getting the calls.

I have B of A  accounts for years .  Now am getting calls on 2 phones from this 626  area code  .  unknown  until the most recent  today ...Bank of America .ID.   Not a B of A  #  !  Who ??   I am not talking .  Ha   Call back     ESAD

They called me & ASKED ME personal identifying information 'in order to confirm they were speaking to the correct person':  my birthday, home mailing address and last 4 digits of social.  They originally called from a blocked number!  Then called from this number.  I'm late on a payment too.  The important thing to do- call a "real" B of A phone number and ask if this is legit.

I also got a call from this number. I am past due. They did leave a detailed message in regards to my account. But until this point, I did receive about 6 calls a day from an unknown caller..who would hang up before Google voice caught the number. My outgoing message says my cell service doesnt work where I live and they be best to leave a message...so now a week later, I think this is who has been calling me.

I have received over 10 telephone calls....and no answer on my side..., I live in Puerto Rico and there is no business deal at all in California!!!!!!!!

I do not know why this bank calls me; I have no business with them, no cards, no mortgage, no car loan.  I have no accounts.  Never any messages, which "smells" like it's an ad or sales call.  I resent it.

Just got this call today. I did not answer the phone. "If" it is BofA, I do have my checking and a MC account there. I have my payments up to date and have no idea why they would call. (If it's them.)A3H8

BanKCard (or Banc Card?) Services... they work with multiple credit card companies.  the person I just spoke with said they are not related to bank of America.
