Got a text message indicating a call to 561-235-7256 was required to unlock a BOA card. I don't have BOA so know it is fraud.

Got a phone call from '6000' on my company cell phone. It was a recorded message that indicated my Bank of America Gold Card was locked and to press 1 now, it repeated twice more and the phone call was ended by them. I called '6000' and I got the recorded messsage, 'The number you dialed is not in your organization dialing plan'. I promptly checked my BOA card status and found it is NOT LOCKED. It is a SCAM !!!

214 269 8209 credit card scam . got 3 texts like this in last 2 days. wth is going on? I know its scammers but how r they getting my number? so annoying! One was supposedly Bank Of America and the other was direct express. I wish they would find these a***s already!

Text message on Sprint/Nextel cell phone from this number. About Sun Trust credit card being locked. Received same text several weeks ago from 303-720-7420 and contacted Sun Trust and Sprint about it. Scam/fraud activity using different numbers.
