Some very rude man called her asking for a random employee, when I checked my system this employee no longer works here, so I told him this; he then became irrate and even more rude asking why I gave him the third degree about who he was and what company he was calling with,as I do with every call (this was as I was searching this number) and found out he is a bottom feeding, scumbag, waste of time bill collector from a sketchy company, so I told him to the loser to take a hike...he then called backed blocked and called me a few choice names and laughed as I hung up. What a sad little man

I am a debt collector and called this robert to clear up some confusion since my customer was claiming she paid the account. First of all it went to a general cell phone type of voicemail, no name or company name. I did not leave a message, he then called me back (off caller id i assume) claiming to be the person i was calling about but said i was pronouncing the name wrong, i advised him the person was a woman so i needed to talk to robert, he got back on the phone (altered voice but could tell was the same person) still no company name - then claimed she paid half the account (she claimed was settled) but the account wasn;t there any longer. Thats because it was with a legitimate firm and he was never to collect on it. As far as im concerned he is a low life who bought some used debt and is in his basement collecting on it himself. Do not pay this man. I will be informing my client to charge back the money and to never answeer another call from him.

You're a bounty hunter, private investigator and a lawyer.  Holy cow, I wish I could afford all of that intense schooling.  How in the world do you pay for it all?  Ah, that's right, you take money from people, like my clients and customers.  Hundreds and hundreds of dollars to be a little more precise.  But don't worry, I'm sure you'll never get caught.

This a-hole called my house last night claiming to be some criminal investigator looking for my husband. He had the wrong social and told me he was coming to my county to get my husband. Then when I laughed at him, he got mad and rude. I was ruder. He hung up. Told me he was coming to lock him up for some criminal charges but would not tell me what they were.

It's one thing to call a business for a debt collection.  It's another to harass the receptionist who tells you the person you are trying to reach is no longer employed here.  You are a horrible mean person.  Safe to assume you are probably a fat, short man with a complex and sit in a room by yourself all day because no one else can stand the sight or sound of you.  Shame on you for being so obnoxious to innocent people.

Note to his victims:  Contact your local authorities and file a simple police report.  Your telephone service can put a trace and should he call again after you have requested him to stop a crime has been committed.

Oh and by the way, you make threats without regard for the fact that others are capable of getting the same information about you.  I now know who you are and how to reach you.  I will be speaking with the appropriate authorities since you wanted to sound all "mafioso" on the phone.

Robert called and haras,sed my employer and demanded information about me.  I have never received anything from anyone about a debt therefore I feel this is a scam. Now to you, Robert, If I have a legitimate debt please forward by certified mail, upon receipt I will gladly reply.... but, to have an apparently uneducated, low class individual call an employer and claim to be an attorney and then proceed to sound like he is in the mafia...guess what?  YOU messed with the wrong employer!  Now once again, if I have a debt that is owed please forward by certified mail and I will take the appropriate steps to rectify the situation...or, guess what?  YOU messed with the wrong employee!

Excuse me, but you seem like an ignorant fool to judge what you dont know.  I received a call from this number and it was a false debt that was not even for me.  I contacted a lawyer and confirmed that this is a scam and shame on you for talking like you do to these people that you dont know.  I got on here to report my scenario so that people will know not to just take these people at their word. It is called being a good person and helping your fellow man.  You are part of the disease idiocy that is ruining our country.

I do pay all my bills and work six days a week in a professional manner with respect to others, which is something that you are clearly incapable of. When you orally assault others you no longer deserve respect. Not everyone will stand up for themselves because they are unaware that your business practices are illegal. This is merely a way to inform the public.There is no shame here for I have done nothing wrong.

The caller claims to be a debt collector with illegal business practices. Be sure to record the conversation should one occur for he is rude, vulgar and threatening.

This person called Robert which is most likely not his name just as much as the claim of being an
investigator , lawyer, debt collector or what ever else he claims to be. No legit business professional would behave in the manner that he has. Lying, false impersonation and verbal abuse and false accusations are his specialty.

§ 806.  Harassment or abuse  [15 USC 1692d]
A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section:

(1) The use or threat of use of violence or other criminal means to harm the physical person, reputation, or property of any person.

(2) The use of obscene or profane language or language the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hearer or reader.

(3) The publication of a list of consumers who allegedly refuse to pay debts, except to a consumer reporting agency or to persons meeting the requirements of section 603(f) or 604(3)1 of this Act.

(4) The advertisement for sale of any debt to coerce payment of the debt.

(5) Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number.

(6) Except as provided in section 804, the placement of telephone calls without meaningful disclosure of the caller's identity.

This is a place of  business not a personal use phone for former employees. I highly recommend manners one on one for this undereducated, rude and foul language speaking individual before letting him get a job anywhere. Verbally abusing the caller on the other end of the phone surely is not getting you any answers.
