I did try.......CITIMORTGAGE - after 6 long trying months of chasing my tail, says that BANK OF THE WEST does not participate in any type of HELP programs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  We were DENIED any type of help!
Really???? Why didnt they just tell us that in month 1!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sheesh!
About to become homeless after 20+ years. Hell- Im willing to try anything at this point! After I call BBB of course.

ok...as a struggling homeowner, I too called the # on the post card. Sounds suspicious, however, the guy did give me a direct line to call him. Say's attorney fees will be 3,000.00 a month for 3 months. Did you get the same response? I will be calling the BBB before continuing.  He is supposedly a senior acct manager.........hummmmmm.Direct phone line to this person is...818-432-8847 and his name is David Levy. Please....if this place is top line scamming...LETS GET EM!

I'm so done with all the calling from these people, they have no respect, they call all day long even on the weekends. I would like to get a hold to their home number and call them at 7:00am to 10:00pm, so they can feel our pain.

Caller Id said nothing I didn't call back.

I could not find the tenant for this address on the web. Housing and Urban Development knows nothing about this company Qualification Intake Department and stated it's illegal to use the HUD logo without permission. I called the lawyer Chance E. Gordon and  the people named on the documents sent to me through Qualification Intake Department really work for the lawyer and he is legit according to the CA State Bar. If you need an attorney go through Martindale.com attorney peer review to check before hiring someone you know little or nothing about.

TReed, how could you call?  No phone number on letter I received.  And your line about planning to 'be a good citizen' --- Really??  Very thinly veiled attempt to promote this scam......don't register folks....don't fall for it,  or for this TReed's fake response.

I called, its a legit program, just not interested in playing the game...  If you even get this in the mail and haven't tried to get your mortgage reduced, your credit will have to suffer and will be is shot, so you need to do something...  I plan on be a good citizen and paying my mortgage and keeping my job until this storm blows over.  I am the poorest man in the neighborhood, because i have the most expensive house on the block.  Mind you that it is now not worth 1/2 of what i paid...  Lesson learned for next time i buy a house in 20 years from now...

RECEIVED SAME LETTER, FOLLOWED UP BUT DID NOT REGISTER AFTER READING ATTORNEYS CONTRACT AND SUSPICIOUS CREDENTIALS.

I received several letters from,

The latest, notifying me that my property ? has been selected for special programs by the Government Insured Lending Institution (FDIC)?, and that my ? property may qualify for an Economic Advantage Loan Modification Program, ??, ? and the New Obama Programs.?

They recommend that I contact my ?National Financial Benefits Advisor for ? (my city), Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. - 9 P.M. EST only?, and that I ?must complete the registration process?.

They state, ?Our records indicate that prior attempts for notification for notification of entitlements & eligibility have failed.?, ?This is an urgent and last attempt to assist you if you have mortgage delinquency.?, and ?You must contact our mortgage assistance helpline immediately at 888-871-0876 to complete the enrollment and registration process before ? (a specified date).  Or apply online at

  www.MyName.MyModificationCenter.com.

They were never given my phone number that is unlisted at a cost of $0.75 per month.
