received a call from this number.  Automated message said was calling from CSI for an employee and that they had tried calling numerous times.  Well sorry we don't take personal phone messages and unless you're willing to have an actual person call us, I don't talk to machines.  Just love these companies that use letters as their business name.  

Gentleman named Mark Douglas called stating that there was a criminal case against me.  Riled up my father scaring him into believing that this was true.  Mr. Douglas states that there was a check written and when it was submitted to a bank I don't have and haven't had for over 4 years that the check was returned unpaid.  I called the financial institution and there was no such transaction ever during my relationship with them.  There was also never ever a deposit entered into my account from anyone but my employer.  This gentleman threatened my father with my arrest by noon today (call came in at 945am) and then threatened my medical license.  After reading him some of the complaint names and businesses I found online for this number he won't answer his phone and when he does he hangs up quickly.

Got two of these calls on March 13th.  Sick of it!

Recorded mail voice wanting to sell something to senior citizens.  Caller iD says UNKNOWN NAME.  I have been getting one call a day for the past week.  I make a complaint to the do-not-call hotline each time and I always leave a voicemail feeling how many times they are calling.

they seem to wake me up at 7:30 to 8:30 and day of the week means nothing to them.

I just got a call from this number at 8:45 pm,,,I tried to call back and it wouldn't go threw...I had so many problems with CitiCard...They called last night at 9...I answered but that lady on the other end probably didn't like what I said...It wasn't nice..I cant even talk with anyone on the phone with out them beeping in...I get anywhere from 15 to 20 calls a day...I have no account or credit card with them...

Calls relentlessly! When trying to call back, I receive a message "this number is no longer in service".  I put number on my Do Not Call List - but that's a joke!  ATT is to be blamed for this also.  They sell blocks of numbers (300, 400, etc.) to phone solicitors and these numbers cannot be traced - what a bunch of crap!  This company (unknown) should be fined heavily for harassing consumers.

someone calls from this number every day. Whatever debt you are trying to collect is not mine.  It must be a really old debt that belongs to someone else.  STOP CALLING THIS NUMBER. THE LADY THAT LIVES HERE IS DEAF AND CANNOT TALK TO YOU ANYWAY.

Just got a call from 214-310-0378.  I answered, but there was nobody on the other end.  It hung up after about 5 seconds.  Will report call to do-not-call hotline.  Caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME."

caller id 214 310 0378 - it was another robo-call about senior citizen -- a recording.   Have received similar before - am o do-not-call registry - but keep receving.  How call-block these??

Pressed 1 and talked to the person , told him to stop calling me he just laughed and hung up.

It gives this number and says it is a cell phone from Texas.  

If it was a real company, it would not use a cell phone to call people.  Cell phones are not professional.

I have Call Blocker, never even thought about using it UNTIL I read 1 person who also receives unwanted calls and he said ALL I DID WAS ADD THE NUMBER TO CALL BLOCKER!!!!!!  I did and it is totally a blessing from Heaven.  THANK YOU, THANK YOU the person "who thought of Call Blocker & put it out on the internet"!!!!

I never answer any calls on my home phone.  Everything goes to my answering machine.  I average 3 calls a day and all are telemarketers or collection calls to someone named "Rosa P****".  It annoys me that I have to delete the messages though.  I only keep my home phone so that I can dial 911 in case of emergency and they will receive my address.  If my government really cared they would stop this constant pain in my a**.

the call isnt coming from texas  its a spoofed number with  11+214-310-0378 its the Same jack off's that promote the "Card Services" scam who were already taken to court thet just updated there spoofing to start round 4 of thier pathetic scam.. they are nothing But pure 'trash. and thieves... i suggest locating them and taking rope  with you... this has been going on for almost 7 years now and they wont stop till they are permanently displaced from  society.

They called this morning 214-310-0378 and started a scare tactic that no one answers true emergency calls.  Then when I huing up, they called back again and the recording was still playing.

That is an excellent discussion of the Do Not Call registry.  And for that matter, our current government!  Sad that effectively, the DNC registry has no real teeth, except in the case of otherwise honest callers (and even that is suspect - I get calls from ADT often even though I've asked them to remove me and have filed a formal complaint with the FTC).  I've often thought that the DNC facilitated some calls by providing a list of known-working telephone numbers to those same scammers that we'd like to stop!  The lawless, by definition, do not abide by laws.

Just got a call from this number and I called it right back and it said "the number you have called is not a working number"...really?.....

Called our office this afternoon. Caller ID listed only the number -- (214) 310-0378. They apparently hung up before they successfully navigated our IVR.

I think when we pay the high price phone companies charge now we should not have to put up with these sales calls.

Received a call from 214-0310-0378 on Feb 20,2013 and when you answer there is no one there.Called the number back and get a message that the 214-0310-0378 is NOT A WORKING NUMBER.Suspect fraud or some sort of a scam and reported the number to the Sheriffs Dept for investigation.These telemarketers and con artists have got to be stopped
