They called and didn?t leave a message.

Caller ID said:  AHA Neighbor and the phone number.  Only rang 3 times.  This is so irritating.  I was napping and the phone wakes me up.  There is no reason for this BS.  It's almost 8 PM.  Leave me alone you fools.  The American Heart Association is going to give me a heart attack.

Received a call this morning from this number, while I was out. No oneleft a message.

Stop these nuisance calls. We get calls from this number two or three times a day and have for the past couple of weeks. If you are really from the American Heart Association, you are doing your organization a major disservice.

My mother has been receiving calls from them 2-3 times a day saying how they are going to send the michigan police to arrest her in 45 mins, or she is being searched by the New York Crime Investigators. It's getting really annoying!

They've been calling daily for at least two weeks now and when I answer the phone no one is there.  Extremely annoying!

No,  the DNC Registry's  sole and only purpose was and is to limit the number of Telemarketing calls  (As defined by the FTC as:   Telephone Sales of goods and services)  to those who are on the LIST.   This list is maintained by the FTC and purchased by legitimate and registered with the FTC Businesses,  in order to honor the requests of these people.  And they do.   All of those millions of Legitimate Businesses who could be calling you and me,  are NOT,  because they honor that list.    You caller,  if in fact representing the American Heart Association,  is one of those who are listed as Exempt by the FTC/DNC.

I though the non-call list was meant to protect this!  I've had a minimum of 2 calls per day for at least 1.5 weeks.  I have caller ID, so I never answer and they never leave a message, but I have annoyances in my life and resent "them" imposing another pia.

This is a number from the American Heart Association, they want you to collect money from your neighbors and then send it to them.

I have received multiple calls from this number over the last week but have not answered and typically do not answer calls from numbers/people I don't recognize. Very annoying, no message. It seems there is no way to stop these marketing calls short of getting rid of the phone.

Pain in the butt these people are, AHA, really?  This is a bogus front for a re-direct call from Pakistan, not the US.  Tell Punjab to pound sand when they call, this is not what you think it is.

Sick and tired of the hang up calls from this number. Calls every single day.  What do you have to do to stop it!!

If you can block by Caller ID name, rather than number, using  "AHA Neighbor" seems to do trick. For now. (Until they catch on.)

After a little research, it appears that this number is from the American Heart Association and their AHA Volunteer program.

Follow my lead as shown below in this email that I sent to their inbox, and lets bombard them with our desire for them to quit their assault on our phone lines:

Dear American Heart Association, Numerous people have posted online regarding unsolicited calls from apparently your AHA Neighbor phone number 214-310-0729. This number cannot be called back in order for anyone to request to be removed from your company?s unwanted call, and often in violation of the National Do Not Call Registry.

Please cease and desist this line of attempted communication. While I support your organizations purpose, this call is annoying and unwanted.

I am posting your company direct dial 800 number, and your info@ahavolunteer.org email address for others who are harassed by your calls to also contact you to request that you cease this incessant calling.

Received a call from this number, two days in a row. No one left a message!

I'm getting multiple calls a day from AHA Neighbor (214-256-4680).  No message left.

I, too, get several calls, leave no message of course

mine said 'AHA Neighbor' as well.  They hang up when we answer.

Have had occasional calls from this number for the past month, not everyday. Caller ID says 'Aha Neighbor.' Hangs up when voicemail comes on.
