It is not wise to show up at the WRONG address, AFTER MIDNIGHT and before 5 AM leaving your misleading, and cheap business card, as to send a sense of fear and urgency. I suggest that if you continue to do your job this way, you best consider yourself a threat when you approach this single moms home, and I will continue to do my job, PROTECT my family!!!!!

What do you expect them to do let you ride for free? I think you need to do some "investigating" yourself on the laws...its a crime to hinder a secured creditor...Let me guess you don't want anyone to call you at home or your job and they just need to sit back and wait til you decide to pay your car payment. Grow up life doesn't work that way...if you can't pay for it give it back its not your car it belongs to the finance company...there is nothing wrong with not being able to pay your bills we have all been there but don't get upset when they call and want THEIR property back! Also they would not have to be calling you from "investigations lines" if the vehicle was sitting in front of the house you provided the lien holder but what are the chances that the repo driver doesn't want to feed his kids and drives right by your house and lets you continue to drive for free versus him paying his bills and feeding his kids?

SIMPLY RUDE...even Police officers have more tact then they do. Mad cause they rode all the way to my home, on they gas...they must want thier gas money back.Yeah they called, stated they were at my job up stairs, went to find them, they not even on property. Kept calling and asking to be transferred to my phone, even lied and said they were a constable. I am a PI i know the rules well. Grant it, I may be a bit behind, but for someone to call my job and threaten me, they must not understand how much trouble they can get in. Then I called back, the stupid lady up front did not have sense enough to say a police dept. instead said investigations. Then asked did I want to be transferred to Misdemeanors or Felonies. I just had them call my job and get rude with my supervisor and threat to serve papers!  VERY VERY RUDE!!!! Quick to yell at my supervisor and she hung up on the woman that called.

your right about that she came to my job and would not wait for me to get home but i was behind and the right thing was to give it back but she was rude and you cant reach her now because she was fired

Rude is not enough to explain how bad they are.  Sharonda? in particular.  I will do whatever I can to make her life a living hell, just like she is doing to mine.  Tracey said the same thing to me, she was at my job & wanting the vehicle right then.  She gave me a hold# & adv I could get veh back w/one or two car payments.  Now I call back & get Sharonda & only her.  Tracey no longer in the office, convenient.  They outright lie & I will complain to whoever I can.

Can these people come and pick up your car or they just a lot of talk. Because i was trying to tell her where the car was at and tried to give her a time to come pick it up. She just kept saying we on our way to your job like i said I was telling her the car is not on my job, she can come get it later this even she was like we can't wait that long

Rude is not the word for the jokers. Claims to be Dominos Pizza when you call. They should learn the laws in Texas before attempting to collect a debt. They hate Texas residents because they have little options when trying to collect. Dont let these type of agencys scare you they have no power to do any thing except repo and harass you with phone calls. I know everyone needs a job but try using respect when you call someone and maybe they would have enough respect to continue conversations.

they are a Repo agency. they are Interstate adjusters inc in Dallas......they are either trying to get a hold of you or a family mamber to find someone who is needing something to be repoed. Rude and crude is the name of their game...
