They had just called me with no info on why they called and what the matter was. Told my dad that they would issue a warrant tomorrow if I didn't call them today. Need some info please.

Veronica called me and said she had legal documents to be served to me at my place of employment BUT her server didn't want to come to my job.  I told her I was giving her permission to serve me these documents at my place of employment.  She kept cutting me off telling me that they didn't want to serve me at work.  I told her to either serve me or stop calling.  I haven't heard anything since.

I received a call from Veronica who said they needed to serve me legal documents but don't like to come to people's places of employment.  I told her to bring it down.  She kept saying they don't want to do that.  I told her to either serve me at work or stop calling me and I hung up.  I haven't heard from them since.

I two calls from Veronica saying that she had papers in her office and that I was going to be served @ my job 214 347 8526

I got a call from Veronica she from an unknown number she said I would be served @ my job  she left a 214 for me to call her back

I got a call from Veronica saying the same thing

I received a phone call from 214-347-8526 today saying I would be sent a sealed document to my work and that I would be arrested. I called them back and they hung up on me because I was asking legit questions. They actually had the nerve to call my boyfriends home number. How dare these people. She claimed to be Veronica a national processor.

I received a call from this number from a Veronica stating someone had filed criminal charges against
me. I dont even have a traffic ticket let alone criminal act. I Called her a few times she did not answer I told her to call my attorney and we could set up an appointment. No call back.

I received a call from 214-347-8526 yesterday.  I was out of the office in a meeting when they called so they left a message.  It was from Veronica with NPS and that they are a process server.  She stated that she wanted me to contact her within the next 72 hours to provide her with a location away from my work that we could meet.  I didn't call her back nor do I intend to.

I keep receiving a call from this phone number (214 - 347 - 8526).  They are always looking for a "Miss Turner".  I have not once been told who they are, but they have tried to take down my information on several attempts and the first time they called, I could hear him typing in the background when I identified the residence name.  Refuse to give calls from this number ANY information; it can only be a scam or harrassment.

Well, "Chelsea" guess what? I am literate, so why don't we just get down to brass tacks here huh? You say you've received your summons. So you're not real happy with these people, right? So I'm sure you'll be more than happy to provide us with some info. on these people, right? You want to help others with these legitimate people, right?
So get to it. Lets have their legitimate address, their valid phone numbers, the name and bar number of their Atty, your Docket number and the jurisdiction you're to appear in, their license number(s) and the states they're licensed in, the legitimate name(s) of the plaintiffs as they appear on your summons and any other info. that you think may be of help in verifying your oh-so pathetic attempt at validating these fraudulent claims for the two-bit outfit you so obviously work for.

I'm sorry. Maybe you're illiterate, but it clearly says my name is Chelsea And it really was in regards to a loan that I took out with Cashnet USA. Ms. Wentworth, like I said, did show up with a summons. It is not my fault you all don't want to pay your loans back and complain about it on a website. True scums.

I Received my summons yesterday at my place of employment in Rochester, MN. Victoria Wentworth IS real and it really is a legitimate company.

I GOT A CALL FROM CHARLES POINDEXTER 2 BE SERVED SOME LEGAL DOCUMENTS..... I WAS GIVEN A # 2 CALL FOR THE PLANTIF.... I CALLED AND DIDNT WANT 2 RESOLVE I THOUGHT THEY WERE FULL OF S***..... I JUST GOT SERVED THIS MORNING

I just got a phone call from them (J & L and hyperion)today trying the same crap. I spoke with a Stacey Carter, Mike Green and Donna McKenzie. Long story short I gave them hell about their crap and it resulted in them hanging up on me....yes I said it thy hung up on me LOL. I made them so upset they claimed they would send their documents back to court. I called them back and advised them that for one payday loans are illegal in MD, also in MD we can look up cases immediately online so their was no validity to their crap. If you toss crap back at them, let them know about blogs such as this and inform them that they will be reported to FTC they will never bother you again. I plan on calling them tomorrow now that I have read this blog and give them more crap. If we all call (block your number) and stand up against them and let them know we are not stupid I bet they will think twice about what they are doing! Unified Front

I got a call yesterday and two today from a charice casen stating she was from j&r processing. The number was 2143903786. She stated she had papers that were scheduled to be served at my work per the plantiff. and that she needed proper identification and signature upon recieving the papers.

You don't get seved anywhere!! And you are never given the choice of when you are to recieve a summons! Legal documents are sent by mail--registered letter!! They are just trying to scare you, don't fall for it!!!

I am glad I looked this up i got the same phone call asking what time woud be a good time to be served legal papers at work. I thought it was really weird that they would call for a time, I was trying to remember or think of who I coud of owed money to. I am glad I never called them back

I had a call from a sara rowe. Who also called my  x husband asking for me. You tell me how they got his number which i never even knew a home phone. We have been devorced since 1997. J and H processing is the company name they used. Sara Riwe was the name she used and the number she called from was 214-842-6958. She stated i was going to be served with legal documentation tomorrow 8/23/2012 between the hours of 12 and 4 pm CST  at work. I would need 2 forms of ID and my signature as well as the signature of my supervisor.  I have been researching this most of the day.  When you call back noone answers. If i do owe a debt i would like to pay it.  If i do not they need to leave me alone. They will not grt any personal infiemation. They need to mail it to me.   Just wanted you to know that i think this is a scam. Since noone wants to answer when hou call back.  Thanks

I received a call from a man J&R Processing trying to serve me some papers and they are giving me ac ourtesy call stating i was getting a summons. they asked me to call 877 340 0409 ext 327 Meredith and said i had a loan and that i was being sued for  400 on a payday loan they say i took out.   they said i would have a felony on my account if i didnt pay it and so i did give them my information before researching the company gave them my credit card number and all. i am 5 months pregnant and i was not sure what this was about someone had originally taken some loans out last year  and i had to close my account was I scammed.? o my gosh i cant belive this what shoudl I do . Should I close my account out?  I will have to do so then/ please advise. I told them i was a single mother and they are going to take me for $ 300.00 for my kids to pay a loan i didn't even do.

Just got this similar message while shopping did not recognize the number so i let it go to voice mail.  The nu ber was 214 842 6958. Her name was sara rowe from j and r processing. They are going to my place of employment between 12 and 4. I am suppose to appear n my county which they named. So crazy. I did not call back. Which number one they do not give u a heads up that you are being served. Number two it is a scam do not call back.   I reported this nu,ber to the FTC. They state a lot of scams are going on and to not give them any information.
