I also have been receiving several calls from this number - same "non-English" voice.   Gave up on telling them I have never had surgery   .         I have simply blocked the number, from whichever state they are calling from.   I just don't answer, then block.    Anyone that REALLY knows me will leave a message.

This is my 15th call from these non speaking English jerkoffs they have called from all over the country(at least that's what the caller I'd says) Everytine I block the # they call from another number I reported them to the FCC for harassment. They say there from the state board of health since I live in Mass why world Florida Maine Texas California Tennessee and many more states be calling me. They are the rudest people and sound like there calling from in a tunnel. This all started when I went onto the Kohls free gift card site.  

I asked for the name of the person I was speaking to and he said John Smith. I rebutted that John Smith is a very American sounding name and that he sounded extremely foreign to America and more Middle Eastern. He kept telling me I could get a compensation for my surgery, which I've never had, and he put me on with his supervisor. Funny thing is, the supervisor had the exact same voice and when I asked for his name he said it was Steve. It was the same guy as before. When I asked "Steve who?" he said, "Steve Smith." I started to laugh and said oh wow that's funny, are you john's brother and he ignored it. Then I informed him that I am reporting the number to the FCC and that I has googled the number and read a lot of comments on how this number is a scam and has many people stating that. He immediately hung up on me.

Ive never been to a baptist hospital and do not owe anyone any money either.  Sick if these calls! As I'm sure you are too!

1/25 16:39 PST Second call today from this number. Have blocked, but just wish we could stop this stuff entirely.  Why do we not have any recourse?  Since this number just started yesterday, and I didn't answer, I don't know what they want, but based on the other notes it's probably a criminal scam.

How do these people gain access to our names???  How do we stop it?  

They knew my name and I insisted to ask who they were calling 8 times in 24 hours. They replied they were with state health department.  Also deep accent of far eastern dialect of some kind. And I hung up.

Received 4 calls from this number in the past 24 hours.  First one yesterday evening -- I answered.  Person with an accent -- perhaps Indian -- said they were from a medical survey company.  Due to the strong accent, it took a few times to understand what was being said. They called me my first name -- which was surprising.  They said they knew I'd had a certain type of surgery.  Very surprising -- especially since I'd never had that type of surgery.  Hung up on them. What's the scam?

Started getting calls from this number recently.They call 3-4 times a day without leaving messages. I'm so sick of scammers, everything goes to voicemail now.

1/25 11:17 PST  Notice I was the first to report this number yesterday and since then at least 8 others have received calls.  Since I don't answer unrecognized numbers, especially with no ID's, I haven't the foggiest what they are calling about, but am about to add to the blacklist on my call blocker.  Once again it was some fool saying "hello" on my voicemail as if he expects an answer.

Got calls from the number.

I did not recognize this number, so I let the call go to VM.  No message was left.  I called this number back to see why they were contacting me (Jan 24 @ 5:22p.m., Jan 25 @ 10:50 and 11:44 a.m.) and heard a recording stating that this number was not in service.

The number is from a debt collector of baptist memorial hospitals. When they can't collect the debt from you they forward your information along to this company and the calls never stop.  

214-357-4247 calls received on my cell and home #. Its always an Indian sounding male saying something about compensation for a surgery..........very annoying and wish they'd stop calling!!!

I just got a call from this number and they asked for me by name and I asked if I could take a message, they hung up. The caller had a heavy Indian or Pakistani accent.

I just got a call from this same number they had my full name and address. I asked how they got my name and number and they said they were from the medical comp. I am scared since they had full name and address. I also tried to call them back and got a recording saying number was not in service. can they get information off phone while they were talking??

I keep getting calls for a Cyntia amd when I tell them wrong number they hang up and continue to call. I have asked them not to call they will just hang up and call again. Very unprofessional. This company should be shut down!

Just got a call from same number. No voice mail though. No message, unknown number, it gets blocked!!

1/24 8:51 PST Just now, don't recognize number and some fool kept asking for me by name on my voicemail.  Rather heavy Indian or Pakistani accent and doesn't have the sense to know he's talking to a machine.  ID is blank and since no actual message, can't be anything I want, just odd I'm first to report this number.
