Just got a call from these people and said I had a judgment against me and she said the last 4 of my ss# but they have one number wrong idiots. Scam alert! !!

Received call from Lana told me my social security and told me that they was sending the police to my home.

they called me and said that i owed some money and that if i didn't pay they were going to send me to court.... i called them back and they were like you need to pay $1025 and if you don't pay that by check...I don't need to call them back....
they had my last 4 digit of my social security number and also had the last 4 digits of the card they said I used....

Also got a call from this Janice C***s.

Left a voicemail similar to what Jen above said.

Beware these scammers and NEVER give any information through the phone.

I have received numerous messages as well from these people. they have my address, SS# on file. Said they have a judgement against me, which is not true. I called the FTC and put a complaint in, filed a fraud alert and filled out a police report on them. Told them if they call me again I am sending the police to their door.

Rcvd same call looking for my dad, although they thought I was his ex-wife.  But the number they gave me was 214-380-2052.  Same person.  Stated he had a judgement against him in the county he lives in and a failure to appear in court regarding government assistance.   I checked county court records nothing there.  SCAM.  Not to mention he's never had gov't assistance.

I also received a call from these wacko people saying that the lady name was Janice Cox and that I owed a debt.  They had my social security number as well and they had one of my former addresses. Please beware of these scam artist.

"Lydia Brown" called from number (469) 453-8427, saying "Janice Cox" at (214) 380-2178 wanted to speak to me about a possible lawsuit that I was the defendant in.  They had my S.S. when they called and called me by my maiden name.  DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!  IT IS A SCAM!!!  REPEAT...DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!
