Some entity pinged my checking account mysteriously and this was the number the bank saw.

I just recieved the same thing on my visa the messed up thing is my visa is  my babies child support and before this i recieved a email and it said it was from Bank of America but when i went to click on it my computer stopped it and said it was a fraudulant sight. Now I have to go threw all the hoops and jumps to replace my sons child support card. Does anyone know what this thing is and how they got ahold of our info?

I received a call from my bank asking me about a charge from IPOPAVS for no money on my credit card. Naturally I knew knowing about it. My card was cancelled and a fraud investigation was started. I looked up the firm on the internet and was directed to this site. I reported the information I was able to gather from the posts here to the fraud & investigation department of my bank. I got 2 of these yesterday, 0.00 charge from IPOPAVS (Legal & Professional), one followed immediately by 29.99 charge from STORMCS (apparent porn site), then another 0.00 and two more porn charges. Interesting part is ALL FIVE of these charges were supposedly made at the EXACT SAME hour and minute of the same day! Naturally I have blocked my card, now awaiting a replacement. But I would like to know how this happened. I have heard about

I just noticed the same thing on my card for $0.00 from IP-OPAVS. I don't know what this is but I am on the phone with my bank at this very moment getting it tooken care of! This is fraud!!

this same thing happened to me and my dad just two days ago. random charge from this IP-OPAVAS showed up on his account for $00.00 with this same number. and there was a thing saying that he was a full member to an adult sit. this guys name was Jeff Zalenski. i looked his name up on google and found this website here.

I also checked my bank statement online this morning and noticed several authorizations that I did not make.  One was this IP-OPAVS for $0.00 and the same telephone number.  I called my bank and they are thankfully taking care of all of these unauthorized charges.

What is IP-OPAVIS?  My b/f found out this morning from his bank about questionable transcactions and that someone tried to make several purchases on numerous websites but were unsuccessful in doing so and there is one pending purchase.  Luckily his bank is taking care of this, but I was just wondering what is this company or number?  Thanks!

I didn't get a call from them, but the name IP-OPAVS showed up on my bank statement today for an amount of $0.00 and they list this number for their contact. Oddly enough, less then 60 seconds after that (on my billing statement) there was a charge for $37.14 from a porn site.(who's name is so obscene I can't even list it here). Without a doubt they are connected.

Have you had anything charged on your credit card that was not suppose to be there?
