This is probbably a scavenger (buyer of defaulted consumer debts) trying to locate Tony Arch-ee-beck (by calling my unlisted cell number) via automated dialer with recording.  Caller ID shows 214-390-3677.

Call back reached shrill alarm sound.  Might be a spoofed number by rogue collector!
