Are they scammers though cause I just got off the phone and the sound pretty shady but not 100 percent sure

Caller ID: SAI

Recorded message:

"Thank you for calling back.  If you are not interested in receiving any future calls regarding our special promotions and would like to be placed on our do-not-call list, please press 1 now."

<pressed 1>

"Please allow for up to 72 hours to be removed from our preferred marketing list."

Note that the company does not identify itself, or what they are selling.  I called back and tried pressing other numbers, but was unable to reach anyone.  The message simply repeats.  Sounds extremely shady.

They call me repeatedly however I have never answered and they leave no message.

i got a call from that number too there was a machine on the other end asking if i wanted to stop receiving phone call in regards to advertising... 6/15/12

Called 3/26, 3/27 and 3/28 - nobody on line when answered.  Tried calling number back but it is blocked.  Caller ID says SAI - found other postings that people have received calls in numerous states from "SAI" soliciting donations for the State Police. The number is from Texas - I am on east Coast.
