Just to let everyone know, Hyperion recovery is a business out of Buffalo NY, I sued them and won! now they will not pay the judgement. they can not call you and say the have court papers, if you get a call and they tell you this, contact a lawyer and sue, I did, and won. they are wrong for doing this and they know it.

Just received a call from Lisa Scott saying that a formal complaint has been filed against me on a certain matter. She said that I will be served in 48 hours unless I call the party that filed the complaint against me.  Now, she called from an "unknown" number.  If she was legit, she wouldn't have called from an unknown number.  I live in Houston, area code 210 is San Antonio. She wants me to call them to update my address so that I can be served. REALLY!!! She has the last 4-digits of my SSN. I don't care. That doesn't mean squat.  This is a scam!  YOU WILL NOT BE CONTACTED BEFORE YOU ARE SERVED.!!  They want to bully you into paying them money.  They contacted the wrong person when they contacted me. SCREW YOU!!!  SERVE ME!!

This Victoria wenthworth called my sister n law today asking her for me and talking about some court i need to go to and started asking her for all kinds of personal information

Of course my sister n law didnt give her anythg...but my sis in law stated this victoria asked for 100.00 and sill make whatever court date disappear...my sis n law said she hung up on her..

Got a  call from this Victoria  saying she had papers for me out of  Guadalupe Co. and was gonna  have them served  to  me at  work. I  don't  have any  debts there  and I  live 2000+  miles away now so good luck!

Well good for you! Now you can give us their full address, their legitimate phone numbers and the real names of the person(s) you were dealing with. And seeing as how you're on such good terms with them, supply us with their business license numbers and the states they're licensed to collect in. The real names of their Attys. and their bar numbers would be appreciated too. And why don't you tell us all about these "arrangements" that this company was so kind to offer you. Are you saying that you paid these people without a full and complete letter of validation? I would think not! Who in their right mind wouldn't demand full, valid and complete proof of an existing debt before paying a debt collector? Right??

I have proof that they're legit. They sent me a copy of my arrangements that I set up with them and when I paid off both of my loans that same day, they sent me my paid in full letter to my physical address. Like I said, this is a legit company and if ya'll wouldn't have blown them off then you, too, wouldn't have any outstanding balances.

I received a call from Ms. Victoria at my place of employment.  She asked me to verify certain information and I would not.  Victoria proceeded to tell me that I will have papers served to from someone from Dallas County TX I live in MD and have so for the last 4years.  Well the papers are supposed to be served to by the person from Tx accompanied with a local police officer.  Still waiting for those documents.  I politely gave Victoria my attorney's information.  He is still waiting for her call..

Shill alert!  No real process server calls a person ahead of time to alert them to being served, as reported by above posters.

I have actually been served papers by this woman. She is really nice as well. She told me that she isn't given any info from the filing party because it is third party disclosure and it is illegal to do so so she gave me the number for Hyperion upon my request. I did take the loans out that I was informed about and paid both of them off immediately that day so it wouldn't go any further. I thank Ms. Victoria for the assistance.

Got a call from this idot on my cell talking in a low key voice. Said I was going to be served paper out of Harris County and it was important and time sentive that. Said her name was Victoria and if she didn't hear back from me she wished me the best of luck. I contacted the FBI and gave them her number they said this was another scam and don't give out any type of information these people.

Returned a called to Victoria after she called a reference I had used in a payday loan. Of course she had no details and that they were going to serve me after four. She said will you be available...I said no. Aske who it was for...heck she didn't know. So I told her to contact my bankruptcy attorney cause every thing was being handled by them. Perhaps I should have given her my new employers address at the police station.

Just received my call at work from this Victoria Wentworth stating that she really needs to talk to me due to court papers I will be receiving and its "very important" that I talk to her today. When I said I was busy lol she got upset and rude. Really lady, we need to stop these people from calling and harrasing others.

Rec. a message at work stating that I and my supervisor were going to be served sealed documents tomorrow and they were making sure I  and my supervisor would be here.

She have been calling me as well, and each the same as you have stated.  I have contact the BBB with all the contact information and they are doing an investigation of Ms. Victoria Wentworth from J & R Processing at (214) 431-3903.  Also, she states in her messages that the envelope is sealed and she do not the contents, but need to deliver to me at my place of employment or home, but to call her back with an address and specific time we can meet.  I must have 2 forms of ID and I must sign for the document.  Then Tim Johnson from Rossi and Lombarde (855) 208-7341 calls 10 times a day, to say that I should have received my summons with my court date and he needs to go over all of the papers with me, my court date is rapidly approaching everytime he calls. KEEPING TRYING BUDDY!!

Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! tell you what Hyperion Recovery go ahead serve me papers at work, call me back so that I will be there with law enforcement intack....Are you kidding me these people are so fake...cant tell you any information but what they stole over the internet and try to feed it back to you...the young lady from the # 214-431-3903 called me Friday and stated that she hhad to serve me a summons on that Monday which happens to be Labor Day, so when she asked would I be here I told her no, no one will be here....she started laughing herself because she knew at that point I knew she was a fake...her statement was " why in the world would they send me out on a Holiday" ok then it will have to be on Tuesday" so I asked who is THEY, she said the company was Hyperion Recovery and a File #...called Hyperion at 877-340-0409 and spoke with Jennell, she stated that if I give her $50 today she will call off the summons on Monday (my badd she meant Tuesday) :)..ok Hyperion Recovery I know that you read these posts...so why don't you give up and stop trying to steal peoples money...I had already paid my loan.....

No, I think they are just trying to scare you into paying them before the so called serving of papers.  In most places you can look on your state web site at the trial court cases and if someone was trying to sue you it would say so on there, that you had a case against you.

I received a call from Victoria Wentworth from J & R Processing that she needed to serve me time sensitive papers from my county and that she needed to speak to me or my attorney right away.

Recieved phone call from this number at work, I told caller she needed to contact me at home. She immediately called back again and I told the samething she stated that she didn't have my home info then told me I "missed my court date" and hungup.  When I got home lone behold the same number was on my caller id with a message stating that she needed to serve me a summons and needed my address and I should call her back right away.

Called my number and said she was Victoria Wentworth.  She stated she had an order to serve and summons for me to appear in my county.  She was very careful not to say the word "court".  She added this was Time sensitive and needs to be handled accordingly.   It was Important I contact her immediately.
I would think the court would just serve me if I had something out there.
