I received a call, gave a fake name of Bobby McGee to India and they advised someone would call me back in 5 min. Recieved the call back 3 days later and laughed at the American guy that called. Now they have put me back in the phone log to harrass some more.. Just received another two calls from phone numbers 214-447-0996 and 0997. People that solicit like this should be shot!

My problem with these fakers is none of them stated that they signed up with this security company via a telemarking call. I too can go to a legitimate company, do business with them and be totally happy. Why would I come here to report it?

Yes, the predators as part of a larger network disguised as "security professionals." Preying on the elderly, vulnerable, and uninformed under disguise as medical alert, security systems, safecard or whatever wireless installers gimmicks they choose. Websites designed with little more than a "call center number" and buzz words of the same wireless products. Yes, monitoring as their connection to call centers. Predatory business culture within all their business contact practices, tactics, and marketing. It is against them that all state and federal consumer protection laws, rules, and regulations should apply. Confusing , deceptive and unfair business designed entirely as pure nondisclosure tactics. Their alliances and networks are as call centers and monitoring, I see no telemarketing licenses, go figure! These businesses and their personnel are on the lowest rung of the evolutionary ladder.

Wow - all these glowing recommendations all posted within 10 minutes of each other with no other comments.  Sorry, but that makes Alliance Security seem extra slimey in my opinion.  Of course, it doesn't help that I got a pre-recorded robo-call to a cell phone, that also neglected to mention that it was on behalf of Alliance Security (isn't that like 3 TCPA violations in one call?).

I thought the sales person was knowledgeable of the products and made the process very easy. There was a small delay in the able to use my mobile to interact with my alarm system, but that was taken care of within a day. The installation was quick and we were able to choose the placement of the control pad and the motion sensor. Overall it was easy and painless.

Ms Carlson made me fell very comfortable asking my many questions and I never felt like I had to rush to get off of the phone. Ms Maryann Senra was a very well trained rep. She was so polite She walked us through every step to resolve our Situation. She explained everything to us without Being in a hurry. This was the second time I've called this company For 2 separate situations and Maryann Senra was the best rep so far That I feel should be training some of the other reps. Again I was so pleased with this rep I will overall refer people to this alarm co.

Maryann in customer service helped me with all my problems with my keyfobs. Told me about the alarm.com that I could arm and disarm from my phone. That is wonderful because my kids dont have the keyfob and they love to use their phone. Thank you for all the info. and excellent customer service. I'm really happy with my service. Installer arrived promptly on time and walked me through the work order. Equipment that was missing on the work order but agreed on earlier were added without issue. Installation was done professionally and neatly and all sensors were properly tested. Received instructions to sign up at alarm.com to test mobile functionality and was properly instructed about the use of the system. I wish I was told that the plain keypad (secondary) did not provide any feedback and as such is not very useful and will need to be replaced with the LCD version. One door sensor was incorrectly programmed as a perimeter instead of entry/exit sensor but one call and it was remotely updated and fixed in just a few minutes, no visit needed. Customer service was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The system is modern and works very well. Love the ability to arm/disarm/monitor using my smartphone and the ability to add other home automation functionality in the future.
