I had call from Alliance also, a man named Kyle I talked to at length. His number is or was: 877-7476-2559, ext. 4212. I think he was legit, he was sending out a techie to install, techie never showed up. I've called his number, lines always busy, they will call back in 5 minutes. Never do.   Any one else know about this one?  Company supposed to be 2nd biggest in the business. What do others say? Any one have this system? If so, let us know about it.

The only thing this company and its ilk (any company that totally disregards the National Do-Not-Call Registry) will ever understand is the bottom line. So...if enough folks set up appointments at their actual address (they can easily tie a fake address to your name and realize it is bogus), then don't be home when they arrive, their cost of doing business will go up enough that they may go away, or at least change their methodologies.
Hanging up is too easy and just allows them to move on to the next victim. Asking to be removed from their calling list will not likely work - I've had them out to my house about 5 times now (OOPS, NOT HOME, MUST HAVE FORGOT...) and am still on their list - one would think if they had even the simplest of record keeping systems I would be on a DEFINITELY DO NOT CALL list. Oh well, the game goes on...HEE HEE!

If they cannot verify home ownership with name and birth date you gave them they will not send tech out.  Wasting your own time.

So frustrated with receiving 2-3 calls about this per day, so I finally went through with "learning more."  I setup an appointment and played along as if I were interested in getting an installation.  Gave a bogus address and name, DOB, etc.  They are sending a technician there tomorrow.  At least if they are going to waste my time, I'm going to waste theirs and their money!  Maybe with enough "fake installations" they will stop this scam.

I was with my friend on April 11, 2013 and she got a call from this number. They told her that they were the F.B.I.

These slime buckets have been calling my 95 year old aunt trying to sell her an alarm she could never use. I called them and read them the riot act. They put her on their no call list and then called her again after specifically being told not to call again. I told them she has a 24 hour live in and is incapable of dealing with an alarm and she surely doesn't need one. Taking advantage of the paranoia of the elderly is criminal. These sleazy characters need to be arrested!

They have called me for the past 4 months.  Unlike some people, I LOVE having telemarketers call me.  I gave them ALL kinds of fake info, addresses, and wild stories about why I need their services.  Then i had an appointment set up with a "local" technician to come out and look at my house for the installation.  I gave them mu real address (yes, I wanted to play this thing to the hilt!).  No one showed and when I tried to call the numbers back to see what happened, I never got anything but a robotic message telling me to hold.  When they finally called back I informed them that I was home waiting for them to show and no one called or showed.  The person I was talking to didn't know what the heck I was talking about.  I gave him all the information I'd given for the appointment and he couldn't find me "in the system".  I am convinced that this is a scam.  If I didn't enjoy playing with them so much, I'd block them on my phone. :-)   Another thing you can do if you want them to stop calling is have your kids put a special "no ring" ring on the number and you will never know that they are calling.  Good luck guys!

I kept getting calls from 813-769-0659. I finally said okay, hook me up. They had someone in Dallas call me (I am in the DFW area) from Alliance Home Protection. I learned they are owned by a company in Rhode Island. The mailing address there is 60 Jefferson Park Rd., Warwick RI 02888 and, if my information is correct, Jay Gotra is the CEO.  There is a lovely picture of him on facebook.

I assume this is identify theft, the questions they asked were weird. I gave them a convincing fake set of information,and setup an install appointment.  I'm hoping that one of two things happen:
1) maybe someone shows up at the non-existant address.
2) Maybe someone gets pissed at them for selling fake info, and breaks their kneecaps.

How can I be permanently removed from your call list?  I'm getting at least 5 calls per day from different area codes, different voice recordings, etc.  They all go back to Alliance Home Protection.  I'm on the do not call list and I've called your customer service/sales line and have asked to be removed.  The number you are calling is a business, not a home.  The telemarketers you have working for you are unreal...they don't know how to have a normal conversation without looking at their scripts.  I've asked them numerous times to take my number off their list and all they'll do is hang up on me.  Message me back and let me know how I can get out of this.

They have called me about 5-6 times a day for the last month at my business (not a home).  If you want to be removed from their list, call 1-877-7GO-ALLY (1-877-746-2559) and talk with their sales department (press 2 when you call in).  Tell them that you would like to be removed and their internal list.  I can't believe people still conduct business like this, unreal.

Called Monday February 4, 2013-  First call was to get name and a call back number, another agent called me back in less than a minute, started talking about a wireless system, with a keypad at the main door.  Also, wireless units at other doors and a motion detector. The install is free, but a 36.99 charge per month for monitoring.

More hold time and they came back wanting more information, told them I looked the number up on the internet and they don't have such a good track record.

Looks like Rachel from Card Services sold my name to these people because now they are calling non-stop ... even though I've asked them not to call.

Called back this phone number and it said "Welcome to VMS" but they are really Alliance Security ---

They have to pay for every 800 call made to them so make sure you call often --- just like they do to you.

Robocall from 205-267-6832-The girl said they were Security Technologies in Rhode Island giving away a free $1200 security system.  When I told her she was in violation of the Do Not Call list, she hung up and five minutes later I received a call from 214-452-0007 saying they were Alliance Home Security from Dallas Texas and I told them they were in violation of the Do Not Call List and to take me off their list. The guy said he would.

Got calls from 214-452-0007. Said they are Alliance Home Security and I recorded the phone call.  They claim to have a corporate headquarters out of Warwick, RI and were calling me from another office in Dallas, TX.  I will be drafting a demand letter to them this evening and will follow up with this in SC court.
