Completely scammed out of 300 dollars

My fience' has bin looking to get a loan for some time now.  He has people calling him all the time telling him he is approved for. 3000, 5000, 10,0000, even up to 15,000 Dollars.  The number's that call him are 770-708-3135, 803-883-3189 and the name's are Brenda Roger's, Jhon  Watson, Jhon Wisdom, and Jhon Richards.Who can we call or write to report these scams, and is there any body who can help us get the 1000 dollar's back that we already sent to Kliemann capital manegment? That's the company that scammed us. My number is 720-357-2208. Maybe I shouldn't be putting my number out there like that but we need help, and advice. Please someone can you help me? Thank you.

Got a call from this # on the December 3rd, 11th & 14th claiming they had filed a lawsuit against my husband. I told them that if this is true, then they need to send us papers proving it. The call on the 11th said the same thing & I told them that we refused to speak to them until we saw some proof & hung up. The call on the 14th was a "conference call" with an "officer" from the "California Courthouse" who they were sending out to arrest my husband. After they said this, I heard laughing in the background as I hung up. No "officer" ever came to arrest my husband.
We are on the Do Not Call List & this scam happens every few months to us & I want to know who I contact to get it to stop because filing a complaint on the DNC website does no good.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I received a call can't even remember the guys name because  I have received these calls previously.  He called and left a message on my job phone , actually it was not even for me it was for my daughter don't know how he got my number from her information.  He is so stupid if he would listen to the message it tells my name not hers and tells her that the sheriff will be to get her if she doesn't respond to the call. He called on Friday and Saturday .  Surely he will call again today which is Monday and he will be in for a rude awakening because I will play the game with him for a while and then I will let him speak with a real police office that I am going to have on three way and see what he says and does at this point.  I truly hope that the FBI and local police are investigating these people and plan to put them behind bars for a very long time.

I am so tired of these people calling so I will call them and tell them that I am calling the FBI as well as my local police , in which I am sure they will get upset and start using profanity.  They usually call every two to three months getting fed up with them now.  It's not funny anymore.  So is there really a way that these people can be caught and stop them from harassing people ?  I agrre that they should be called by everyone they call at least 15-20 times per day.

Whoah, isn't that convienient?  He said that you owed $9280 on a $500 loan that was owed on 9/28/2012......Hmmm........

I will also add, that in the two minutes it took me to Google the number, I found several aliases this person or person(s) are going by Peter Jones and Nick Stewart.

I got a call this morning from my childhood best friend panicked that she is getting repeated phone calls to her home phone, cell phone and employer from a "Peter" with a heavy either Asian or Middle Eastern accent.  He stated to her that she supposedly owed $400+ dollars on a payday loan that she took out several years ago, and paid on in good faith.  "Peter" has been constantly harrassing her, claiming that if she does not pay, he will see to it, that she loses her job when she is arrested at her work.  I assured her that you cannot be arrested for owing money to a creditor.  That the most that can be done, is a judgment filed against you and your employer to garnish your wages.  THIS IS A SCAM, AND THESE PEOPLE WILL KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS UNTIL THEY ARE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.  Problem is, most likely, this is an outsourced company in another country, and nothing will happen to them.  Preying on innocent Hard-Working Americans.

My husband has been getting these calls at his work. He is a roofer and is not at the work. Well I thought I took care of it by saying thanks a lot you got him fired at his job and he stopped calling for a couple of days now he has called again. So my husband has called him twice and left a message that he will personally go to Georgia and speak with him. His last call he told him he was on a plane from Philadelphia International Airport going to Georgia to meet him. He has not had a call since so far. These people are such scam artist and trying to get monies from people.

It's a load of crap they called and harassed me. So I've called them none stop and they given me information allot them in each call. I record it asked go over it. They told me they have no money and they want me to give them money. There a scam. But there fun to bug when you have spare time!

You are not notified that there are arrest warrants out for you! IF there is a warrant, you will be picked up!  This a$$ is just trying to scare you into paying money that you probably do not owe!!

This number called me today telling me that i was getting arrested if I didnt pay him 500.00 today. and there are warrents out for my arrest! Who is he and how did he get my info???? Im pregnant and pissed! he had a middle eastern voice!

This guy has called off and on for 6 months. He tells me he is calling about a lawsuit that is against me. I need to send money or have my lawyer contact him. He said, "I wouldn't ignore this message if I was you."  I said, "Send me all documentation so I know I owe this money." He said, "There is no time. You will be served with papers within one week." I hung up on him and he continues to call for days in a row and then stops. It starts back up within two weeks.

These idiots keep calling asking for someone that I don't know and I told them I didn't know who this person was and they hung up and called right back asking for the same person I just watched the youtube video of this idiot

This guy keeps calling and I perceive the calls to be threatening. At one point he said something like "I would not want to be in your shoes'.  Who is he? I am going to try to report him.

Yes I received a call too from "Peter" but he was from the Middle East and said I owed from a payday loan and would not give me any information. Then he some how calls me from my work number it's freaky but he calls a lot so watch out for all the numbers cuz he will use any number how can I get him off my back.

I too have recieved some phone messages from this very same person, saying he'll send his guardsman with an arrest warrent to my house and work.  He has a heavy accent that's difficult for my ears to understand, so I have left a message for an interpreter -- the city police fraud unit!  I'll let you guys know what happens, perhaps we can all come together later and visit this guy at his new home in Levenworth....

I Got ANOTHER call from the low life pieces of s***. They are tring to rip people off. Hard working people that already don't have money. Threatening To send the police to my job because they claim i committed  fraud on a payday loan that i just received  3 days ago. Then they could not even tell me the company's name that i got the loan from. These Low life pisses on dog s*** should be thrown in jail and let some of the prisoners at the prison take advantage of them.

I got the same phone call! It's an Asian guy, from his accent. He says he's "investigating" about pharmacy drugs I had purchased and if I don't respond I'm going to jail. Blah, blah, blah. I get these phone calls that I don't even pick them up! He does have my info though. Watch your credit card, bank, etc. Scammers...smh.
