I got a call from this number and they DID leave a message.  It was the AAFES/Military Star trying to clear up a dispute.  (I wrote a letter to them requesting that they pretty please remove the fact that I paid late off my credit report.)  They were calling to verify my name/DOB/etc.

Received a call on my cell phone, no message left. I called back and a recording said this is not a working number.

The c aller did not leave a message & when I tried to call back - got a out of service type recording.

No message left, however, when I try to call the number, it says this number is not longer in service.

I have read many online complaints about this number being a collection agency posing as various agencies on caller ID as a trick.

I don't even have any credit cards. Perhaps they randomly go through a listing. My home builder foreclosed on several houses and after 4 years, I still get property tax bills for a person never living at this house. I bought it brand new...

nothing left on voice mail.
