Don't worry about these calls. I work in collections... what they do is put a debtor name in a government search engine.... TLO or accurint... it gives all your relatives names and phone numbers... sometimes theyre able to get a place of employment. Then they call all of your family (illegal) and leave the msg that they are going to serve you or send a package through a courier service (lies). Its all a scare tactic to get u to pay an out of statute debt. If they are using this method DO NOT PAY THEM! The debt has been charged off and sold by the original company. You DO NOT have to pay them. They over-bif the balance (add more then what you owe) and they just sell it again to another agency even if you pay. Tell them to put you in the RTP (refuse to pay) file and hang up.

Got the same type call for my husband, plus they gave another number which was answered by a woman stating her company was T& H Financial.  Looked them up, and there's complaints like listed here about them.

They continue to call even after telling them they have the wrong number and to take me off their list.  They assured me I would be taken off their list. LOL!
Thankfully I have a Do Not Answer app that just automagically hangs up on this number!

Received called a couple of minutes ago she stated I needed to call a1-888 number because someone put a claim against me so so I asked what claim she said tripple Aaa I told her wrong number and to go get someone else as a sucker.. come on do your homework before calling people because you sound awful at your own lies... triple aaa I don't even own vehicle... annoying people get a real job

I am tired of individuals who use polling to contact people and then use telemarketing techniques to get information on individuals they are very annoying!  If it is a legitimate business IT WOULD BE NICE FOR THE PERSON AT THE OTHER END OF THE TELEPHONE LINE TO STEP UP AND LEAVE A MESSAGE> TRICKERY OR SNEAKY IS A JOKE!!!!! If it is important have the decency to say who you are!!!!!!!  juvenile techniques won't get you what you want it only makes people angry!!!!!!!!  If you don't want people to yell at you BE HONEST!!!!!!!!!!

This # called my grandmother in laws cell phone saying that there was some law action against me and if I didn't call back within 2 hrs the sheriff would be at my door. Then they called back and she told them We would love 1 2 talk 2 the sheriff and they hung up.

Just got a call from these idiots!! Really! Texas?! Sheriff's offices in Texas are couriers now??!!!

Got a call from this number asking for usual wrong number party. Said county sheriff may be delivering something in the next 2 days.  Most likely a 2-bit collection agency.

We at CKMTEAM REALTY all the way in upstate NY are getting calls from this people as well. BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE USING COMPANIES NAMES TO GET CELLULAR ACCTS AND OTHERS ACCTS UNDER THE COMPANY NAME

My brother just received a call from this number as well asking about me. It's a texas number and I have never been to texas. Wierd

When are you available for papers to be served by the sheriffs dept. was the message, when asked to repeat, they asked for someone we never heard of before, then said they would remove our number from their records.
