Got a call from a very arrogant man who introduced himself as "Steven".
Then he started cursing like crazy and hung up. I called him back and he would not answer. How can he be allowed to have a phone in his posession when he cannot respect communication etiquite.

I received a call from "Steven Farrell". He asked for our CEO by first name. When I asked what it was in reference to he stated that he received a call from our CEO and was returning his call. I am always leery of people who cannot tell me what their call is in reference to, and not just a return phone call.
