I just got a call too. I answered because I was expecting a furniture delivery. I answered, said hello twice and it disconnected.

probably called my home phone which is forwarded to Google Voice and redirected to my mobile.
Google Voice allows these types of calls to be blocked manually or automatically.
returned the call from another line and got a recording asking if I wanted a subscription but to their high call volume....disconnected.
This appears to be a telemarketer
