I am a leasing Agent for an apartment complex. When I came in this morning there was a message from our Emergency Call Center that these people were calling and wanted them to give an agent or managers number so they could call them. Did I mention this was at 10:25pm! I thought it was illegal for solicitors to call after 9pm!

A lady called from this number and told me I was in trouble with my mortgage. She knew my name and kept telling me I was behind with my mortgage. I told her I was not and to throw out my phone number and she hung up on me. She wanted to know when I made the last mortgage payment and I told her that was none of her business.The number 214 613 0051 caller ID said Texas call.

When I google the #, it comes up with Bataki Enterprises, Inc.
But no one ever said anything into the phone, they just hung up.
