The way this company must get information is from the public records of home buyers. My husband and I also just purchased a home in Arizona and we also just received a card on our door. We haven't even moved in yet. We are moving from out of state and my husband happened to go by the house while he was there and find the note on the door. It sounds like it's someone selling a home security system and they must monitor the housing market to see when the homes sell. A major issue I have is with the electric company in Arizona(APS), because they seem to be getting kickbacks for referrals to Cox Communications. I signed up for service and now I'm being bombarded with phone calls saying I requested a referral which I DIDN'T. The community we purchased a home in actually receives free Internet through the same company but you sign up through the HOA, not on our own. I have no intentions of obtaining cable or phone service because I can't stand cable. That pisses me off because there is nothing worse then telemarketers calling my cellphone and now I'm getting several calls per day. Now I'm planning on reporting them to the BBB for giving out my personal information for most likely financial gain by representatives of their company.

Matt Willes is the owner of Metro Delivery (AKA NuHomeOwner, GeoTrek, Compass, Eclipse Distribution, Total Home, etc.), Protection Source LLC, and a few other companies such as pest control.  You are correct.  These drivers put sham delivery notices on your door to trick you into calling.  Everything they tell you is to BS you into having a sales person come out and give you this high-pressure, scare-tactic laden sales pitch for a security system.  You will pay out the A$$ if you deal with this company, for example, the wireless contacts for doors/windows that they sell cost them $15 a piece, but they will sell for as high as they can and it's up to the sales person (usually around 50 but I've seen them sold as high as 80 to 100 a pop).  So imagine the markup on the rest of it.  If you ever met him face to face, you'd want to straighten his lazy eye with your fists; he's a f****ng snake.  I can't stand fake people, with his plastic smile and his consciously deepened voice.  Did I mention he cheats on his wife, Kris Willes?  It's true.

Matt Willes personal CELL PHONE IS :  480-689-7977
You can FLOOD their service line with calls..at least until they change the number:  480-269-1742 or their activation line 1-866-650-7119.

They are headquartered in Chandler AZ @ 4340 W Chandler Blvd.

In the Dallas area, they are located at 12000 (or 12300 not sure) Ford Road in Farmers Branch, STE 350.  Its a small office which usually only houses the local administrator, some bimbo named Mindy.  Office number is (214) 389-1050  Her personal number is 469-247-8631.

You can debilitate them with calls.  They are a small organization.  Most of his companies are just on paper, like Eclipse, which, to the IRS, is STILL Metro Delivery.  The name only changes on the cards.

Same as above - called the Dallas number (214.613.0186) - claimed they had coupons for local restaurants in the neighborhood.  "Trying to help out the Mom & Pop shops" ... offered to email the coupon to me, which I declined.
And yes, moved in about 3 weeks ago ... very creepy

Saw the same thing today.  Received first notice 10 days ago.  Was home for both, and neither knocked.  Black Honda Accord TX plates, CBF-8171.  Notified police and confirmed this company does not have a license to solicit in Highland Village.

I got the same post card. I called and they were saying that they are a company that give free gift to new home owners. I tried to interview them about the offers since I thought they are home security com but all of a sudden, they are not getting a clear reception and wanted to call me back....there is something fishy since she is not very informative about home security packages.

Just want to add.  I got my second notice attempt on my door today.  Since the last time, I install a security camera and recorded a white over weight man park across the street.  Ran to my door and without knocking, place the card on my door and ran back to his car.  This is definitely a scam.  I'm going to set my security cam to beep when there's motion so next time he looks up and know i'm watching his fat a**.

I'll see if I can cut my video down to the few seconds he shows up and post it on YouTube.

Just received one of these postcards today, I too am a new home buyer.  My neighbor told me that he saw them drop it off in a regular car, and that they are probably 'marking' my house for burglary, and that they would drive by to see if multiple cards piled up, indicating that I was away from home.  Needless to say, I just bought a security camera system with motion sensors.    If they try this again, they're gonna meet the barrel of my shotgun.

Yes I got the same thing, a card taped to my door with the phone number 817-945-8174, they have 1st attempt, 2nd attempt, and 3rd and final attempt on the card... with a confirmation ID NO. on the card as well...   what a joke.  if you go to the website on the card which is www.totalhomedelivery.net all it has is a form for you to enter your information address name and the confirmation ID..  clever scam, it preys on your curiosity.

Company on the card is TOTAL HOME. website is totalhomedelivery.net
I did not call but I think i might call them just *67, and then talk all funny and also give them a fake name and address. lol.

I got the same postcard today and they used my middle name, which shows me they got my name from another reseller.  Threw the postcard in the trash.  The postcard listed the same Dallas and Fort Worth number that the other two commenters posted.

Same as everyone else.  A notice meant to look like a UPS or FedEx delivery attempt left on the front door.  The privacy policy on their website actually is all about the use of your information for marketing purposes.  There isn't anything on www.totalhomedelivery.net that has anything to do with delivering anything.  Any yes - I'm new to my home as of a few weeks ago.

Just found this after Fedex dropped off a package and rang the door bell.Have been here all day,saw the car and my dog barked letting me know that someone was at the door.Never rang door bell.Obviously suspecious. And yes,we are new home owners,so the idea that these guys are getting their info from the county is probably correct. There should be more to this than just inquiring on a new home buyer and giving out the "new kid on the block" s name. Not sure what their whole scam is,but you can rest assured something is up their sleeve. To initiate contact in this manner is creepy.

Didn't receive call.  Received postcard taped to door--name listed on postcard as TotalHome, says "sorry we missed you" and "3rd and final attempt" Has bogus confirmation ID # and to cal the 817-845 8174 number.  website listed is www.totalhomedelivery.net and Is phishing scam website. phone # 817-945-8174 is located in Arlington, cross strees is Matlock and Hains rod.  Next to Eden Rd. Map shows Community church is in the area. zip codes are 76115, 76114, and 76124, meaning the landline is located in one of these zipcodes.  It is a landline with carrier as OneSource Communication.
I am writing as much information as possible with hopes someone will know and put a stop to it.  It is scary getting this on your home. By the way there is a dallas umber 213, 6310 0186, landline, carrier as Solarity Communications-which appears to be bogus also and landline located in zipcodes 75258, 75205, 75254.

I did not get a call, but got a postcard taped to my door with the number.  The postcard has TotalHome as the "business".   states "sorry we missed you" and "3rd attempt"  Has 2 numbers, one fort worth and the other dallas.  the website on the card shows as www.totalhomedelivery.net.  Obvious scam, appears to be a phishing scam.  Scary that they taped it to my door. By the way, the fort worth number is 817-945-8174.

I returned the call to 214-613-0186, which some guy named Reggie was trying to tell me that GE wants to give me a free security system. Then he asked how many entries there are into my home! Red flag. I told him I wasn't comfortable speaking to him anymore and would have my husband call. This "Reggie" was offended that I didn't want to answer his questions. He asked if I thought he sounded like a criminal and I told him, Yes! Especially as a mom who has some stranger asking how to get into her house and when her husband gets home. Then he gave his name and said "fine".

Btw, he already had my name and home address. I'm not sure how he got my name unless some jerk peeked into my mailbox or went digging through county records to find out that we are new home buyers.

Definite scam. I work from home and just saw the "second delivery attempt", which involved some dude running out of his red smart car, putting the note on my door, and running back to his car.

They want you to call and give the confirmation number, at which point they'll have your name, address, and phone number.

The website is registered by someone in Canada:
   Boulanger, Louise  dnsadmin@teksavvy.com
   35 Oak Row Cres
   Mississauga, Ontario L5L 1P7
   CA
   +1.9056078212

I was even able to find her on Facebook, but I didn't want to send her a message since then she would know my info from Facebook. And who knows exactly how much she knows about the scam. Someone could have just asked her to register the domain (or used her info to register the domain without her knowledge).

I put my number to private and called them changed the number on the reference, supposedly when you call the number there's a long wait time and you can leave a number for them to call you back at which point they then have your contact email, also they just stuck on door when I was here didn't even knock and was in a regular car made it even more shady. Well I determined that after waiting 10mins even it stops playing music this just a phishing scam to get your number and have them send you non stop offers on point less crap.... Stay away
